Over 30 days ago I sent a certified letter to Gerald E Moore asking to validate date and contesting it. I have received nothing from them except all these letters I get to settle the debt or make payment arrangements. What do I do now?

After you have asked the debt collector to validate your account, they are legally restricted from contacting you until they have the accurate info. I feel they are trying to mislead you and collect money without any legitimate purpose. You should not send your money until you are sure that the company has your file and your money will be posted towards the account.

As the debt has not been validated yet, send one more letter to the collection agency requesting the same purpose of validating your account. Mention in the follow up letter that you already requested this info in the previous letter and they have failed to give the required details. If they still pursue collections without giving your info, report the credit reporting agency about this. Here are few links on this collection agency.
