This is all the information that I could gather from the BBB in Jacksonville, Fl on this company. They call me constanly and hang-up. I have started to document the calls and plan to file a suit if this continues.

United Legal will do anything to get your money. They will pretend to be lawyers. They will pass empty threats that a case will be filed if you don't pay them within that hour. Calls will never stop and they will do everything that is defined illegal in the books of law.
Have you checked with your state laws about phone call recording? Some states ask for prior permission from the other party before recording it. Florida requires permission from both the parties. Don't fail to let them know that you are recording their phone calls for legal actions. If they get a point against you, they will hold it tight.
