The call is for my daughter and this has been going on for 5 months and untill last week she did not live here.I can not get her to call them - so what do I tell them?

If they continue to call, advise them that you want to be removed from their call list, because you are not a contact number for your daughter. Give them your daughter's number and tell them if they continue to call you, you will be filing a complaint against them.
I don't think you will need to say who you are filing a complaint with - just the fact that you are filing a complaint against them - that might get them to stop calling.
