My thought after that: air horn. Next time they call, you remind them that you have told them numerous times you are not the person they are looking for and if you call back again, you will get an earful of air horn. Then, follow through on that threat on the next call and all calls after that. At least you'll be having fun. :)

Why not you talk with Creditors Exchange once and get this straightened up. Their should be no calls from them unless they are collecting your debts.
If the lady with whom you talked on the phone sounds rude, talk to their supervisor and get this problem fixed. Send the cease and desist letter also so that the CA is stopped legally from calling you.
