I got a cash loan from ucl and have had 50 takenout of my acct for 4 weeks now today 75 was taken out.the loan was probably for 150 when does it stop?

I didn't see United Cash loans licensed in Oh. You can also check at the DFI

UCL is doing business in OH without a license. You will have to go to your bank and block this company from making further debits. Best way is to close the account and open a new one with the same bank. This pdl place has your personal info. You don't want it to be with them forever.

Show the debits to the bank supervisor. They will contact the company and ask to verify the debits done in your account. If nothing comes resolved, money will be credited back to your account. See the laws in your state regarding pdls. You are liable to pay the charges mentioned in your state. If you have paid more than actual, call the company and claim for a refund.

You need to either block them from debiting your account or close the account and open a new one to put a stop to it. This company is not licensed in OH, as is the case with the majority of ipdls loaning in OH. E-mail and USPS them an ACH revokation letter telling them to stop debiting from your account as well. Then you need to go online to OH's AG website and file a complaint against them.
