UCL is doing business in OH without a license. You will have to go to your bank and block this company from making further debits. Best way is to close the account and open a new one with the same bank. This pdl place has your personal info. You don't want it to be with them forever.

See the laws in your state regarding pdls. You are liable to pay the charges mentioned in your state. If you have paid more than actual, call the company and claim for a refund.

This company is not licensed in OH, as is the case with the majority of ipdls loaning in OH. E-mail and USPS them an ACH revokation letter telling them to stop debiting from your account as well. Then you need to go online to OH's AG website and file a complaint against them.
