I have no idea about your credit history, but you may go to your bank and see if they have any help for you. I understand that you are worried about paying your debts. You can do it without taking new loans. Enroll into one debt management program and follow the repayment plan suggested by your counselor. He will do all negotiations with the collection agencies. You have to make the monthly payments to the consolidation company and they will post it towards your accounts with the collection company.

Loans always require some collateral to be pledged as a security. This is risky when one payment gets missed in the plan. debt consolidation programs don't require any collateral. So, you are much better with these types of program. Take professional advice and know more about your options.
