My questions for all of you are the following:
(1) Is Superior Debt Services trustworthy and reliable? or should I go through Consumer credit counseling like I did a few years ago (over 15. You would have thought I would learn the 1st time!)
(2) Would bankruptcy be better?
TIA- Worried momma w/ not enough $$
If you are considering bankruptcy, you should contact a bankrupt
If you are considering bankruptcy, you should contact a bankruptcy attorney and discuss your options, it may be with your amount of debt that would be the better option. Personally, I would go with the local consumer credit counseling you received in the past, they are local and you probably trust them since you have worked with them before. I personally, would go local with a company.

Superior Debt Services is a reputed company. They have good feedbacks from the people using their services. Research them with your local Attorney General's office and the BBB and get better informed about their services offered to consumers.

Sounds like you need to take a deep breath and figure out what you want to do. Bankruptcy will put a blemish on your credit for a long time, so you will really want to consider that consequence. Goodluck with you decision.
