When I signed up through this site, I was directed to contact Superior Debt Services. I REALLY want to pay off and live up to my obligations, but there is NO WAY in hell I can live up to them with my current payments and interest rates. I am only behind on 2 credit cards and not even the whole month, but I am starting to feel the pain! I can only borrow from Peter to pay Paul for so long.
My questions for all of you are the following:
(1) Is Superior Debt Services trustworthy and reliable? or should I go through Consumer credit counseling like I did a few years ago (over 15. You would have thought I would learn the 1st time!)
(2) Would bankruptcy be better?
TIA- Worried momma w/ not enough $$

If you are considering bankruptcy, you should contact a bankruptcy attorney and discuss your options, it may be with your amount of debt that would be the better option. Personally, I would go with the local consumer credit counseling you received in the past, they are local and you probably trust them since you have worked with them before. I personally, would go local with a company.
