I don't know if anyone else has noticed this; however, a "guest" by the name of james seems think we have a lot of incorrect information on our site. He also seems to think that he can correct us and give us knowledge that no other person can. James is ALL OVER the place on the boards. This is just one thread in particular. Read jamesj's posts. They make me wonder (call me paranoid). However, he claims to be new and wants to 'gain knowledge', yet claims he has knowledge to give us. Now, I'm all for someone coming here and giving great information! Don't get me wrong. But, while going through threads last night, he had me wondering what the heck is up with him. This is just one thread in particular.

If you read through some threads and read his posts, it makes me leery. Call me paranoid, but if others notice anything, please post to this thread. If you don't notice anything "weird", that's fine. I just want others opinions of jamesj. And, also, we might just want to be on the lookout for him. Mabye I'm being too cautious???

Thank you Jason & Vikas, for your attention to this matter.

I've noticed he stopped posting for a few days about a week or so ago, after Jason pm'd him the first time, and then came back full force, and when someone said they missed him and welcomed him back, he said he was just "trying to stay out of trouble".

I think I may have an idea why he can't receive pm's . . . . I clicked on his "homepage" a few days ago and it was the page for a different james. I'm thinking maybe the pm's we send him are going to this other james.

Is it possible for 2 people to register with the same name? Do inactive usernames go dead?

Jamesj was as a guest, and James is a registered member.

After looking much further into this situation, I can say I don't think he is out to hurt any members of this site. I believe his motives are more personal and he is trying to get back at a family member . . . That is involved in the pdl business. But as long as his information is helpful, and he keeps the insults down, I think he could be a good member.

Although I am beginning to think he is only out to stop one payday loan company, not all of them.

Okay, he has replied to my mail. I'm now hopeful to solve the issue faster. :)

BTW I feel goudah that he is bit slow in the process of learining and hence has upset the others with his acts.

I too feel the same way. :)

I truly am cheering for this ACH revocation to be a solution that will be successful, but I still have many many questions that seem to pop up in my mind about it daily, concerning the use of it. Anyways, why is the member James not logging into this forum anymore? He seems to be answering posts incognito these days, just wondering.

I noticed too that he is answering as a guest these days - and that he posted a copy of an e-mail he sent to a state official claiming to have "extensive knowledge of the internet companies preying on Washington residents"...and used what may be his real name? I'm hoping that with all his "extensive knowledge", he's not silly enough to post his real name on a public website.
