I have read a lot of your posts and it seems you are very good at digging up dirt on companies that are rip offs. I spoke with a company called Federal debt relief System and they said they could make my debt go away. It sounds to good to be true. Could you please or anyone try and see if you can dig up any dirt on them or who they were or are affiliated with ?

Sorry to tell you this but Yes, listen to unclewulf. You can trust him. I found this about them on the net.

Along with apparently every other member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, I just got a letter (PDF) from federal debt relief system, which says it is ???????restoring America????????s freedom??????? on its letterhead. In the letter, FDRS says ???????Every account gets reviewed by a paralegal and is submitted to you as a Federal Complaint already drafted! All you need to do is make it conform to local rules, print it and file it.??????? Sounds like a great deal, right? But who is FDRS?

At first blush, based on its website, FDRS appears to be just another group of conspiracy nuts who think money is a plot by the Illuminati to take over the world.

To combat this vast conspiracy, FDRS????????s website advertises its grandiose plan to rid the world of debt through its ???????amazing debt termination education program.??????? As far as I can tell, what FDRS does is get lawyers to sign pre-drafted complaints, reasoning that debt collectors will stop collecting if they get sued.

Of course, a complaint drafted by a non-lawyer, signed by a lawyer who has never met with the client or investigated the claims to make sure they are valid, is probably in violation of the ???????frivolous lawsuit??????? rules of court and the ethics rules in every jurisdiction. I hope there are no lawyers gullible enough to agree to this scheme, but you never know.

If you have serious debt problems, stay away from Federal Debt Relief Systems and any organization that promises a magic solution. Instead, talk to a professional: a reputable counselor, a consumer lawyer, or a financial advisor.

They used to be Carefree Credit and ALL of their trusting clients lost out! They lost in court, their credit was ruined. Then the company changed their name to federal debt relief system and continued with the scam. They have a point, but they do NOT run their business professionally and do NOT care about their clients once they are enrolled. When I say ???????they??????? I mean as a whole, they don????????t care. The sales people initially believe in their ???????leader??????? Mark Cella, and even believe the cause-fighting a corrupt banking system and the FEDERAL RESERVE who prints money that is backed by NOTHNG! But as the clients sign up and the accounts are NOT attended to, paperwork and faxes are ???????lost??????? over and over again and then new ones come in and it starts all over again, they cannot keep up.

There is yet to be one client that has been successful with FDRS. They are resellers for CCDN and are even burning them on the contract they have had for years to resell this system.

To any readers considering this company, you would want to believe them, I did. But you should understand that not one person that is posting negatives on the internet is getting paid to do so. We just care and don????????t want others to have their lives destroyed by getting involved with the half-assed company who sells half-back B.S. to trusting good AMERICANS!! This company treats their clients like ???????Sheepeople??????? Sheep-people!!!!

Take your money and RUN! I didn't have to dig deep for this company info. And the BBB gives them a big fat F. Doesn't sound good for this company. Hope unclewulf and I helped you?
