Careonecredit and a few questions

I have about 15 thousand dollars in debt and have decided I need to do something about it. I live in NY , on Long Island. I did the form at careonecredit and they said 3 of my accounts do not work with their program. Dell , Credit one bank and Bill Me later. My monthly payment would be around 391 dollars without those 3 companies involved. Has anyone here used Careonecredit and how did that work out. Also has anyone been able to get one of those 3 above banks/accounts to do debt consolidation or do they not work with ANY consolidation companies. Finally what is the best debt settlement company as I want to check that avenue out as well before I commit to careonecredit.
