Heavens knows everyone in this forum is or has been stressed over debt. It's a huge undertaking to look it in the eye and do something about it. This morning I sent out my first round of ach revocation letters. Within an hour I had received a e-mail response to one of them forgiving my debt (nevermind the fact they were operating illegally and I had grossly overpaid). It is worth the effort to take action!

I received a PIF via e-mail from Vince Enterprises and now Impact Cash USA. Both were the result of letters I faxed yesterday.

What is an ach revocation letter?

Please read the following: -

Source: - Section 907 of title IX of the Act of May 29, 1968 (Pub. L. No. 90-321), as added by title XX of the Act of November 10, 1978 (Pub. L. No. 95-630; 92 Stat. 3733), effective May 10, 1980
