Heavens knows everyone in this forum is or has been stressed over debt. It's a huge undertaking to look it in the eye and do something about it. This morning I sent out my first round of ach revocation letters. Within an hour I had received a e-mail response to one of them forgiving my debt (nevermind the fact they were operating illegally and I had grossly overpaid). It is worth the effort to take action!

As far as I know, a Paid in Full letter is required to be signed
As far as I know, a Paid in Full letter is required to be signed by the concerned company for the sake of legal validity. I'm apprehensive about a PIF sent through email. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
