nes is calling me non stop

Nes has been harrassing me telling me they are gonna sue me if I don't come up with the 4500 they are asking for. Last friday they called and said they were gonna sue me because I wouldn't come up with the 4500 I told them I could give them payments and she said no it has to be in full so I said I don't have that kind of money laying around so she then said ok good luck to you and hung up roday monday she called and said she left the file open just for today and that I need to pay her I said I don't have the money I already told you I can only make payments she said well its a refussal to pay the money I said no its not because I want to pay it but in payments and she hung up on me so im confused?

National Enterprise Systems - anyone heard of them???

Have you asked NES, for whom they are collecting? If I were you then I would have sent a debt validation letter to NES, seeking detailed information about the debt.

After getting information from NES you can also talk to the original creditor and come up with some settlement option.
