Can't find info on 3 companies

I had eight payday loans and am trying to find info on 3 of them. I don't think I went through websites to find them, I think they called me. I am dealing with the others now. I have complaints with the BBB with most of them now but my bank account is almost 2000.00 overdrawn. I went to my bank and they would not help me and won't close my account. The only numbers they said they could give me were the ones on the bank statements, I needed the ACH numbers. I live in Alabama and the loans are with:
Mesa Financial 250.00 paid 150.00, Titan Group 250.00 paid 225.00, Magnum_Z Direct Pay 250.00 paid 225.00, These are the three that I can not find info on!! I have several hundred dollars worth of overdraft fee with each. I also have a question about nation wide cash. In very small writing at the bottom of the screen they say that they are licensed in Delware, I live in Alabama and I read on here that Alabama is a state that requires them to be licensed Alabama. Does that mean that the contract is not legal?


I think you should talk to the manager of your bank for closing your bank account. Explain in details about the problem to the manager and I think he will definitely help you in it. Please go through the page below to get an idea: -

I wanted to thank you this has been the most helpful website. I did however go to the Branch Manager at my bank, not only did she make me explain my situation standing in the lobby, she refused to help me and quickly passed me off to someone else. Now my account is 2000.00 overdrawn. They will not let me close it and they will not help me stop the drafts. My account will be forced closed in a few weeks and I have contacted the BBB about the way I was treated at the bank. I have had that account for years. I have been working on filing complaints with the BBB about the other loans. I revoked Ameriloans authorization and they hit my account 5 times Fri. Hopefully the BBB can help me. Thank you all so much for your help.
