I don't want to cancel the lease, I want to keep it. It's my apartment that I want to continue living in.
Have you filed Chapter 7
Have you filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy or Chapter 13? Do you have any other apartment or just this one? Pro se is difficult, Do you know bankruptcy laws very well?
