That is illegal. Report them to Homeland Security http://www.dhs.gov/xcitizens/. Then look there and find the link to ICE and register a complaint with them.

I am being called by 6 different people that I owe over $700 and my place of biz was called and told that I am a low life that should be fired right away. I was told that I am going to be picked up by the police today be 6pm, and I asked to have the debt I owe in writing along with consiqences and I was told that they will see me in jail. Could this really happen? I have no idea what is going on?

You will not go to jail. What state are you in and who do you have loans with?

This is a joke, its easy to get but hard to pay back. If you were in a bind for that small amount of money go to a local rent-a-center and get a small loan from them. At least your payments will be applied toward the principal and not just extension fees. These people will have you paying them thousands before it is over. Believe me from experience. Tune of $2000 for a $275 that I just went on paying the $40 for every 2 weeks for over a year. If you miss a payment, they double them even when it is their fault. I never spoke with one person from the states regarding this money so they can operate under a different set of rules and bypass our laws.
