Cash star group payday loans - does anyone have their contact number?

I had a loan last year with CashStarGroup....received 300, payed back over 500. couple mos ago they put another 300. in my acct. had to do alot of emailing,calling,screaming to get that taken care of. NOW, a new co. is calling..PDLVentures and saying they have taken over CashStar...beware

is anyone else having any troubles with them contacting you like crazy? they call me 100 times a day, at home, at work, everything. i also get threats, all kind of crazy stuff that i assuming is connected with them.

I wish that I investigated ithis earlier....I was in inquiring about a loan but I didnt complete it. I didnt even give them the account! they access the account with out my knowledge! They have been over withdrawing money from my account. I try to contact and no reply.

I had to close an account because of these guys. They took out money a week before time and caused my account to roll over to over $300 fees because they keep trying to take out money. They say they can't refund my money. I am suing these guys

hello, i live in florida and have some of the same issues with cashstar group , i just recently found out that the company has been bought out by a company called the loan center and was given their phone number but when you call you cant get any one there as well. i started by calling my bank and they gave me the phone number to their processing company and he told me that they exchanged hands.. the phone number to the processing company is 866-571-3683 and the number to the loan center is 866-824-0893 hope this helps.. well i just called the loan center and spoke to an isabell that stated cashstargroup does not exist anymore and the number to call for customer service is 866-824-0893.and if they have taken more money out than what was supposed to be fax your bank statement to 866-759-6588 and they will refund your money..

i have heard that they were bought out by another place - part of me thinks that is just their way of chasing people away because they know they are wrong (though i am sure they are all connected).

can someone please tell me what incurrements were they taking your payments.,., first mine were $50 a pay day then it went to two seperate transactions of $50 and $120. they are killing me!! this is sicking.. and they were aggervating as hell! after I told them that I no longer wanted the loan! I got a PDL from them in April when my mother in law passed so we could go to Ohio for the services. I got $400. They charged $30 per 100 in interest. After overdrawing my account twice I talked to a person and made payment arrangements. They were to be $100 for 4 payments. Once I paid that off they tried to debit my account 5 days later for $173.50. I never had a problem getting a person on the phone or accessing their website until last week.Now i'm in the same boat. I have the 866 number but all I get is elevator music. 30% interest is illegal in florida and I think nationwide. It's called usery and I believe we can press charges if enough of us complian to the Att. General.

i would love a class action law suit but i doubt that will happen as i do not think anyone can even verify an address for them!

I have a few Numbers to help you get to CSG.1-866-824-2893 is a good # to get to their "new" customer service line. 866-571-3683 is the # to Impact their processing center. 866-759-6588 is their fax number. If you have your bank fax your payment info and overdraft fees they claim they will refund them. They also suggest that you have your bank stop any withdrawals from CSG as this company is "out of Business" yet there is a "computer glitch" that's causing them to continually attempt withdraws.I got through after 15 minutes this morning and 3 this afternoon on the customer service line. They told me to fax my info to ATTN: Eugene as he is handling these matters. Good Luck To You All!!!

I'm going through the same pblm. I'm considering closing my account. I can't never reach anyone to discuss my account balance.

i doubt that cash star is completly out of buisness as they call me everyday from the cash star phone number, i also wanted to remind anyone faxing them to use a public fax, and not a fax from your work, as they will probably fax your office everdyday if they get the number.
can anyone find a physical address for these jerks?

cash star group is doing fraudulent charges to me . every 15 days they deduct the amount of money they want. is imposible to call them . they dont answer the phone at all. i acall them one time and they told me that the company dont exist anymore that they are pdl ventures. they have the same phone number. 1-866-668-9413.

guest, read this entire thread, it advises you to close your account.. how much did they take out and how much did they give you? chances are you paid them back already.

I had no problems at all with this company. I can get to their site and see how much and when next payment is due. They are on Rocky Mountain time. I know their phone rings busy if you call before 9am their time.

for anyone else reading this, cash star does not have a real webpage, just a page where you can "settle" with them, but none of their offers are anything the same or less than the principal amount given to you.. but i do agree that they are easy to reach by phone, i honestly never had a problem reaching them.. in fact i wish they would stop calling me!

Cash Star put funds in my account and I did not authorize them to do so. I have not spoke to anyone. But I closed my account after reading all the problems everyone is having im glad I did. Do anyone have thier address.

I got a loan from Cash Star and they took out the money they said they would. Some of you guys are not reading the contracts so when they take the money you feel robbed. The interest is what kills you. They let you know striaght up that they are going to charch you high interest rates.

i went online to get a loan, i never even finished the application because i didn't want it. i happen to check my account and 300.00 was deposited to my account by star cash. when i started the application for the loan it was only for 100.00 and remember i never finished the application. i called them, they said i must have finished it because they recieved the paper work and processed it without contacting me.they said they emailed me and i never recieved such an email. this email was supposed to stop the process that they already started,they said the email said "if you do not want the loan contact us". shouldn't it be if you want the loan contact us?when i told them i never recieved the email they said"did you check the spam?" anyway to make a long story short, they said they would take the money back without charging me the finance fee. that was good except it over drew my account because when they put the money in my account it paid back the loan i got from the bank, so if they go in and take back the money it won't be there and they said i would be charged another fee because of no funds. so i had to get another loan from my bank, so that they could get there money and i could not get 300.00 to cover it from the bank so i had to end up taking the loan after all.this has taught me a valuable lesson, read the fine print or just don't take out any loans at all.

I got money from Cash star Group in the summer, now i had to close my account because other ppl was taking money out of my account. Now when i tried to call them i cant get them. Now yesterday some ppl with funny accent call me telling me I am being sued by for cash star group money!! OMG i was so scared i gave them my bank information. Then i called someone and they told me to go close the account from them taking money out. And they were trying to scare me because cash star in not even in the US. I dont know what to do.

I recieved a 350.00 loan from this company and i called the number and the lady said to me you have 72 hours to cancel this request and the next day she took the 350 back out my account and as of yet they havent took anything else out my account. Also if you apply online for any loan they automatically[SIZE=3][COLOR=#000066] [/COLOR][/SIZE]get your info from that.

These people are despicable!! I had to close my checking account to keep them from getting anymore money. Anyone who would be an employee of this company are the lowest kind of scum! They put money ($200) into my account without my permission and it ended up costing me over $400 and 100's of dollars in bank fees to clear up negative balances until i ended up closing my account. They say they have an agreement between me and them and an online signature from me. If they do then it is completely fraudulent. Isnt there any recourse for this?

This letter is in reference to a complaint that I would like to lodge a complaint against Star Cash a check loaning company. I was victimized by this company during the month of January and several weeks into February. I am a victim of identity theft and I have taken measures to protect my credit. I have tried to give an explanation to the calls I have received at my place of employment. Several times I was forced to hang up instead of accepting the calls. I tried unsuccessfully to explain to these unsolicited callers that I was not allowed to accept personal calls at work. Even to the point of telling my callers that their repeated calls were jeopardizing my employment if they continued to call. They would just yell at me about the money and again I would just hang up.

The two men who called were named John and Scott. I tried unsuccessfully to get an address from them but no response was given. I finally ask to speak to their supervisor after being harrazzed for over a month I was finally transferred to someone named Melissa who too would not identify her last name. After being singled out repeatedly I talked to Melissa and I tried to explain my situation. She indicated I had taken out a loan in the amount of $455.00 and she claimed that the money was deposited into a Capital One Bank. I told her I had never bank with a Capitol One Bank and I thought that was just for credit cards only, The money was deposited in California but she wouldn't tell me the address and that I would need a police report to close the account, I then proceeded to tell her that if she had run my credit report and they would have seen a fraud alert on my credit report and this has happened before but the quick cash companies would always call me first.

I further went on to inform her that they need to change their lending practices because they are part of the identity problem that I was encountering. Her response was it work for most people. My response was to her, I am not like most people and I will be needing the original documents to go forward with the case.

After going on my lunch break on February 11th to purchase the police report, I then faxed a copy for their records and I called to speak with Melissa again but she refused to accept my call. So, I then asked for Scott which he announced to me that they had received it. I informed him I would be needing the original documents for the Dective of SPD, so he can continue his investigation for my case. . His response was to give us a few more days longer. It is now February 23, 2010, and I haven't heard back from them.

This company needs to be run out of business because they never provided me with the documents and I think they don't have a copy to send me. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the yelling, discouraging and rude behavior that I have received from this company. The telephone number to reach Star Cash is (866) 476-2038.

I took payday loans out and now that I have filed bankruptcy and have included them in the chapter 13, they call my house even though my lawyer has gotten in touch with them. The last number they left is 866-568-2209.

They have also called my referrals I gave them and told them exactly why they are contacting me, after the courts sent them letters. I am sueing them also. My lawyer is having a hard time finding out information, but she is not giving up.

I am having the same problem with Star Cash Processing. It is a terrible company. I never applied for a loan and all of a sudden there was money in my bank account. Two weeks later, they took out money. Money that I never authorized to be deposited or taken out. When I try to call or contact anyone they never answer. It is absolutely terrible. I finally had to close my bank account, however, today I got a nasty phone call, from a nasty company, and, a nasty son of axxx guy, saying that I owe them money, etc.... Be careful to all of you out there. Do not let these xxxxxx fool you. I am going to pay but they are in for a big one because I plan to sue there xxxxx.

This pdl company put $350 into my account without my authorization. My bank gave me
their contact information, which they said was Star Cash with a toll-free number which is
1-888-322-4069. I called the number and accused them of practicing illegally and fraudulently. They reversed the charge!!! If they don't reverse the charge, tell your bank about the fraudulent activity, fill out the necessary paperwork, to reverse the charge, so you won't get stuck paying out fraudulent charges. We have to watch our accounts very closely and report any unusual activity to our banks. Also, these pdls seem to change their names and toll-free numbers. If they go into your account, the bank should be able to provide the most recent name and toll-free number.

i paid them back in april of 2009 i received a call tonite around 8:30 pm from a collection agency saying their were going to sue me so i called cash star group and they advised me that i dn't owe them so i called them back and they told me to call PDL Ventures i will be calling them tomarrow morning i was able to pull up my payment info for the processing center where my paymants were made the collections company is saying i received a loan in August 2009 but i didn't everyone one keeps hollering scam about the other i live in jacksonville fl i am seriously thinking of sueing this company do anyone know about any type of class action lawsuit or any lawyers in Fl that they are using this company cash star/PDL need to be taught a lesson
