Cash Star Group payday loans put $300 into my account without talking to anyone they called my work and asked the store coordinator questions and she didn't give any she told me pleas tell me how to contact them?

I'm having problems with Cash Star Group as well. Some company called Titan is claiming to be a collection agency for Cash Star and says I owe them $500+, $390, depending on what day and/or whom I speak to. The amount changes daily! I rightfully owe them $140, which I mailed via money order over a year ago. It was returned invalid address/company.....Now, I offered to pay the $140 and they want more....threatening to sue. Their settlement offer varies from $200 to $273.....I know they must be shady, but I want them to stop calling my references. They can call me all they want! The phone numbers for Cash Star Group 866-668-9412/9413 say "you have entered a mailbox that is out of service". This number 866-630-2643 answers as "The Loan Center serving PDL Ventures", but you cannot leave a message...box full. Wonder why!? I just want to pay the $140 and end this nightmare!

I am owing them too. They actually called my HR office where I work and told them if they dont take a message to me saying I owe them they are going there to serve me papers for court. The sad part is I called them when I was rec'd there message wanting to setup a payment plan for the $300 they gave me 2yrs ago and they just got rude with me cause they want money now. Mind you I had an account with Bank of America which is now closed and I owe them like $1500 in nsf fees because of these people. I was told at the time by my bank once I gve authorization of my acct to these people there is nothing they can do. I tried to close my acct and was told I couldnt. I believe the bank is working hand in hand with them. The bank gets money as well as the Loan people. Next time I will just wade it out if I ever need extra money-its really not worth the hassle or headache.
