Well here we are again. Another week has flown by. My co workers are hoping that the phones slow down and they can continue their chatter about the weekend.
So whats in your weekend plan. I am hoping to get out early tomorrow and wade out into the bay, where I live, and catch something for Volleyballmoms thread, "Whats for Dinner." Blackened Redfish would be nice. It is going to be hot as a habenero here again so early is the key.
So my Frog Friday question is: What is everyone doing this weekend? I am jealous of you who live in the North with your foliage at its peak, or close to it, and all those apples and pumpkins.

No twins Ang! LOL! That would be a shocker...think the hubby would have a heart attack right there!

I have a feeling its going to be a boy...only because Jim's mom had all boys, his brother has all boys. The only one that has a girl is Jim's cousin. My sisters don't have any kids-so I can't even use that as a judge!

I can't wait til tomorrow...except for the whole "drinking a ton of water & then get poked and pressed on for a good 30 minutes before I can hit the bathroom" That part stinks!

Not to be discouraging Rox cuz it's a good thing it's NOT broken but wow hope no tendon or ligament damage either! My hubby broke his ankle in an auto accident years ago and still suffers with it today! Mostly when the weather changes and his foot tends to fall asleep after sitting for long periods but of course he always sits on his foot! Might be why! ha ha
Hope it's just a sprain!

cheese stuffed meatloaf?
hmm.
I am not so sure .
ours usually consists of , ground chuck, greenpeppers, onions, garlic, seasonings, egg, breadcrumbs, diced tomatos, and bake. it's like 1/2 meat, 1/2 veggies.

 but how would you stuff the cheese in? before you bake it? while it is all raw and stuff?

I have some ground turkey, flour totillas, enchilada sauce and cheese. Should I roll everything in the Tortillas or should I put the cheese and the sauce on after I roll up the other ingredients and them bake it. What a dilemma! Did anyone ever try El Pato products. I think they are pretty good for processed food.
