Whats in your weekend?

Well here we are again. Another week has flown by. My co workers are hoping that the phones slow down and they can continue their chatter about the weekend.
So whats in your weekend plan. I am hoping to get out early tomorrow and wade out into the bay, where I live, and catch something for Volleyballmoms thread, "Whats for Dinner." Blackened Redfish would be nice. It is going to be hot as a habenero here again so early is the key.
So my Frog Friday question is: What is everyone doing this weekend? I am jealous of you who live in the North with your foliage at its peak, or close to it, and all those apples and pumpkins.


Saturday I need to go to the mall & hunt down...maternity pants!! I was trying to get by with a bigger size in my work pants, but they are too binding in the middle. My sweats are perfect, but don't think they are good for work. Then off to lunch with hubby & MIL. Grocery shopping.

Saturday night, I hope to be able to post here. Haven't been here much this week-been super tired at night lately & just taking it easy on the couch.

Apple picking has been moved to Sunday. That's fine with me!

this weekend is going to be very interesting. i just found out that my ex-husband (whom i still love very dearly) and his wife are in town for the festivities. by this being a medium size town, there is a good chance that i am going to run into him. i am so nervous and plus i am about to panic. i really just want to go in the house and shut all doors and windows and blinds because if i see him all the old feeling will overwhelm me and i will be depressed for weeks in end. i have not seen him in over 10 years. what should i do? believe or not everyone says that i look better now than i did 10 years ago. just wanted some advice from friends. :?

I am sorry granny..There was a guy I dated for awhile in NC ( long distance) and we were pretty serious...on my last business trip, I was out at one of the malls and ran into him...I stopped dead in my tracks, he tried to talk to me and I just ran away.

I know that doesnt help you...but I feel so bad for you because I know the feeling.

i don't know, for months i have been dreaming about him and my mother told me that i did not have closure in the relationship because i started dating someone right after we separated (which was on my birthday) and the new man was soooo good to me and my children. my ex was so mean to me and my children a lot of times, but i loved him so much. i don't want to go back to him because of the way that he treated me (mentally.) i know that it was best that i left him but i still have strong feelings for him. i was told so many times that his wife does not compare to me but still i doesn't help.

just to keep you informed, i finally saw my ex today and boy was i disappointed :( . he has aged and does not look as attractive as he did when i was with him. i was talking to an old male friend and i felt someone staring at me. luckily i had on shades and i sorta turned around and saw him staring at us. when i was by myself he came up to me and started a conversation and belive it or not i think he was more nervous. he asked me how was i doing and i told him that things was just great. lord if he only know the problems i have. :lol: anyway he asked if i was going to the dance tonite and i said that i was. oh yeah, he told me that i look so good, even better than before. just wait until tonite, i will be wearing a black dress that just barely hit my knees, and black 4 inch patent pumps. I hope that i don't fall. better yet, i hope he falls when he see me. see you later!!! :hug:

well, i'm back! did not go to the dance because my feet would not let me go. (walked around in new shoes). but, i went to bed happy knowing that he did see me and he liked what he saw. Wondering if he is still thinking about me now. probably is!!! :D anyway, i will find out tommorrow because a friend of his will tell me.
