I don't know if this will fly well here but I thought it would be entertaining and interesting. The point of this thread it to learn one thing about another.

The way this is going to work is that your first post will contain one piece of information about you. Each time you click on the thread to read others responses you will need to add another tid bit and so on.

Remeber. Anything you post here can be read by others and this isn't meant to be some deep dark secret confesions! It's meant to be carefree and fun.

Kudos to you granny for going back to school!! I had to go back to school for my job in my fifties. Then i had to become certified, which required me to have a case study and present it orally to a board for tests  It's really scary doing something like that as you get older- but accomplishing it si wonderful! When I became certified, it was such a big deal to me because I didn't think I could do it!

Fact- I love antiques- been collecting-when I had the money for years--karen

Bossy I grew up with them My parents collected them. I always wanted new furniture because ours was always old. My first piano was from the 1860's , England. Now I understand how wonderful all those old things were. I was lucky enough to go to West Point and saw the bed President Lincoln slept in and saw General Lee's military sword.

Fact - I watch the antique road show and I love it. I love the stories of how things are aquired and love the history. (I did not use spell check)

well, i signed a paper from the agency regarding the $28.00 for the drug test and i really didn't worry about it because i was suppose to get unlimited overtime. but that's okay, let them have the $28.00 because i'm not going back to them. When i called about just working one day, they said oh, that's how the company they sent us to works sometime. if they place an order to come back monday, we will get a call. i'm thinking don't even waste your time because i'm not going back.

Wow!!

I had a lot of food allergies as a child, I outgrew almost all of them...except the shellfish one. I was allergic to wheat, milk, potatos, peanuts, rice, shellfish, rye. I had them since I was little so by the time I went to school I knew what to pass on & what was allowed. I knew more than the teachers!
