How to get Natiowide to stop calling?

How do you get Nationwide to stop calling? I mean, I pick up the phone and there is no one there.

Their is no law that restricts a lender from calling people after they have requested them to stop. The fdcpa law is applicable only on collection agencies.

I think you should keep yourself present when Nationwide calls you next time. I know how you feel when you hear no one at the other end, that can be quite disgusting. Call the supervisor of the company and complaint this action. You may be interested in reading others opinion on this company.
