These people will ask you questions when verifying your information. They will demand that your respond twice, they as the same question twice to get your 2 responses...This is how they end up getting you funded (in most cases) by two companies. Its like applying for a loan with one person for two companies. I have read posts here where people dealt with GSFIL and wondered how they were funded by another company too. Its because they trick you into two loans. Beware. Be very very cautious, better yet, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They contacted me offering a loan, when i said i wasnt interested the woman yelled at me and demanded i accept the loan, LOL....She actually Ordered me to take the loan, i told her to shove it where the good lord split her....

This company (or companies, as the case may be) is extremely shady, to say the least. They don't validate debts - outright refuse to do so - their phone calls are verbally abusive, they lend into states where they are unlicensed, and they do rollovers in states where they are prohibited. Not to mention the outrageous interest rates they charge. Stay far, far away from them. If you must borrow money for an emergency, attempt to borrow from friends or family - but stay away from this company, and all payday loans, for that matter.

I am having my bank investingate all this ach debit from my checking and they filed a claim against all these ach debits from these different companies I am excited because I called the Utah fincial department and the told me it was a scam GSFIL,ARROWHEAD,APOllO Funding,DMS MARKEtIng and they utah fincial department I called and the guy was like we will call them and GSFIL was licensed in the United KIngdom so my best whish to you call to repoert all this companies and have them deal with the Finacial company from your state and never never take pdl loans the can/t come after you and take you to court because the judge will say why are you not licensed in the state of Utah so I will probably get all my money back the don't have written documents of your loan and have them speak to the Finacial Department of your state.
they all are scams because they are just crooks and I don't care if I get all the money back because none of them have orignial documents from you requesting money gsfil says they have a voice contract I call bluff on them that is so illegal.

These people are liars and crooks! They just called my place of employment (at least 30 times because I was away from my desk) - threatened to have our receptionist fired - told them and my immediate supervisor that they were with the Fraud and Investigation Department with the Government and continued to call until I finally spoke with them - I then requested a phone number to speak to the supervisor and what did I get - a fax number - so, does anyone have a number for them and an address - I'm ready to sue the heck out of them for this one!

Call Gfsil at 800-865-3704 or 800-865-3898. Their fax number is 877-280-2330 / 877-280-3359. Tell them that you are going to file complaints with the attorney general of your state and with the local BBB for harassment. Do you have a loan with them? If you have already paid the principal amount, you don't need to worry about them. They are trying to make more money out of you. Do a search on them and you will know others experiences with GFSIL. Stand as an informed consumer and you will keep them within the best of their behavior.
