Ace Cash Services - Consumer complaints and solutions

I am not sure but Ace operates as Ace Cash Express and just ACE. I would give the corporate office a call and determine their affiliation. Their non express stores offer more services.

I just called Ace Cash Express customer service and Ace Cash Services is not affiliated to them.

Thats why I said call the Corporate Office of Ace Cash Services, they may not know at the store level.

I should have clarified. I called the corporate office and she couldn't tell me antyhing and transferred me to their customer service department.

Do you by any chance have your loan docs from Ace Cash Services, email address etc. that could help us find them? What state are you in that might help?

I don't have anything, that's why I am trying to find their number. Worst case, I will have to wait for them to call me. Now, I'm suspecting that they are scam. :(

I've called this number all day and no one answered then at 5pm an auto recording stated the office was closed. I noticed on 4/22/09, a loan in the amount of $500 was deposited into my checking and I do not recall filling out or receiving any paperwork from them. I did apply for a loan over the internet and received the deposit and paperwork from the company I applied to. I have no idea who Ace Cash Services is and am fearful they will deduct more than the $500 from my account after May 1st.

Many times when people search for an internet PDL they find a website that is a broker. The broker takes your info and spreads it among all their clients.

By accepting the brokers offer you accept their clients offers as well with out knowing it.

Did you go to their website or did you apply at a different site and then ace cash services put the money in?

i received money from ace cash services but i never signed any paperwork. what am i suppose to do? if no paperwork was signed how can they prove that i requested this loan??

i received a loan from one company and then the next day ace cash services deposited money into my account. i have no idea who they are or how i can contact them and i have no idea when this loan is suppose to be do on. I am at a loss as to what to do, do i call my bank and tell them that i did not authorize this or what am i to do at this point?? HELP!!!!

It is approx. 9:53 am 05/25/2009. I am now on the phone with ACS and I have been on hold for about 1hr 50min, and not a soul helped me on the phone. I borrowed $200.00 and paid $60.00 every 2wks to renew my loan (4 times). Which is $240.00 total, and all I want to do is to pay the loan off in its totality. I feel this is their way of waiting to the fifth renwal and adding $50.00 to the renewal fee and getting the most out of the loan. I am going to the bank and stopping them from drafting any more out. Two can play this game, and alot of companies are prohibited from giving out loans to certain states. Well they got their $200.00 from me. These people are crooks they keep taking out 45.00 to renew your loan and don't take out anything to pay down the loan. I didn't even fill an app and the money got deposited in my account and I didn't realize it until I got to looking online at my account. I think these people need to be investigated.

there is something up with this company.They started debiting my sons account,30.00 60.00....then they would credit it back in small increments.The debits however are more than the credits.He called his bank to tell them he did not authorize and of this.He must fill out a form to request his money back.In the meantime the bank has frozen his account to anyting related to Ace cash services.he also did not request any loans.These debits also caused some insuffient funds charges....1-866-840-2030 is the #,but he works 7-7 and they close at 4:30 ET.The bank is doing an investigation,and I believe there is fraud going on here.

I called one company they was asking bank question about my account how much was in it was account numbers correct and how many deposit I said No "! Not even my mother don't ask me questions about my account when bank give you a loan they don't check all that was too much info is it legal I never been hard up for nobody money that I have to explain my personal life to you give me a hundred & fifty dollars then she stated If I can't verfy you don't get the money. ask bank how much was my deposit was my account in the neg.etc.

Then I got a e-mail from a company called ACE had all my info ready and waiting for me to o.k. the loan one lady I spoke with name Kelly who was polite easy going and treated me with some respect. Her drill was pleasant but firm and I very pleased after all review I asked her name I never told her why she very honest. I recommend this company because I called back and lady by the name of Shantel answer with same manor I was shocked no nonsense I then again asked for her name it was like walking in the bank with a suit on and pocket full of money. thank you guys for all your help answer any questions and loan came with no problem.
With good customer service client should be glad to payback the loan to keep those pleasant young ladies working in customer services after all they have families too.........

Ok something must be going on with this stupid company ACE CASH SERVICE. I have been a victim of them too. They deoposited 300.00 into my account. I never got an e-mail or anything from them. No phone calls or anything I cannot close my account because I have several debits for bills coming out. Has anyone been able to get into contact with this company. wow!

I had the same thing happen...applied and accepted from one company only to have a second deposit made by Ace. I called the number listed on the deposit details (same number as above) and they took the money back the very next day - no fees jus the initial deposit. I did however call the very day the money appeared in my account.

wow, this is horrible. I did not notice the deposit until several days later when i noticed I had more than what my register said. They have caused a huge problem in my bank account and have made me go so negative I cannot get out. How can we report these people

Ace is a predatory company. They get ahold of your info and take money from your bank acct without your prmissin. Put a stop payment out on anything from Ace cash services.
