if you get a loan from this company please let them know if you can receive calls at work. one of my associates got a loan and he knows we dont' do phone calls for them. they have called 4 and 5 times a day for past 2 weeks. i finally reported them to the agency in Nashville since they refuse to take our work # off the call

i am an employer who has been getting calls from them for one of my associates. i explained no calls and they refused to take our number out of their system. he also refused when i asked to speak to a supervisor. i had to report them for harassment to the credit system in Nashville.

I received a call from Ace Cash Today. They deposited $250 in my account last spring without an application. It just appeared. I was broke so I didn't look a gift horse in the mouth. Oops. I defaulted on this and several other loans when I shut my bank account down. I haven't heard anything from them until today when they called to offer me a $430 settlement, saying I originally owed them over $800 because I "signed a contract agreeing to a biweekly fee of $75 if I didn't make my payments." I told her I wasn't agreeing to anything beyond the original amount until I confirmed they were allowed to lend in Texas. She said they were located in Oklahoma and didn't lend in states they weren't licensed. But I signed NO CONTRACT. There is no loan agreement. I had applied at one of those payday loan sites that sends you info out and these people just put money in my account and never asked for any confirmation. What do I do? I am happy to pay back my original loan but I'm not paying any fees associated with a contract I never even saw, not even in fine print.

IT IS MY INTENTION TO SUE THEM AND START A CLASS ACTION SUIT.
WHAT YOU CAN DO IS MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE STATES ATTRONEY , IC3.gov, FBI, and tell them you hope they sue you then you will turn around and sue them.
