I am having problems with this company also. They deposited 300.00 in my account and I do not check my balance very often. I am now overdrawn several hundred dollars because they have been debiting my account every day which causes NSF charges. I call and always get a recording. Is this legal in Wyoming?

This just happened to me also. They put money in my account. I did not realize that they did this until after the fact. When I got my bank statement I saw this transaction in there and was confused. I didn't remember applying for this loan. They said I did. Now I can see that they are scammers, debiting $90 out of my every check. I'm going to the BBB and FTC to file an official complaint.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! Feb 26th and March 9th posters...you found their number and I thought it was going to be IMPOSSIBLE to find these shady people that don't give the terms for you to look at UNTIL they have all your info and give you a "signature" page. YET...they consider just the GIVING of the info a SIGNATURE!! Man...how SHADY can you get???!!!??

They are going to reverse the deposit and not charge anything tho...we'll see if they follow thru. But the killer was the FINDING THEM TO get to talk to them and reverse it.

Thanks again, oh awesome ones!!!

The 866 number provided was the right number. The woman on the other end was very helpful and explained that they are a third party lender. If you applied for a payday loan through another company, they will forward the information to companies such as Ace for funding. Since the application is complete they are authorized to deposit money. They base the amount on your income. It does sort of seem a little flaky but once things were explained to me I understood. I explained that I didn't understand the process and asked that they remove the money from my account. The rep reviewed my information and since the money was only deposited yesterday, she was glad to remove it next business day. I think the process may be flawed but Ace seems to be fairly legit. Time will tell.

I also received $300 into my bank account from this company. I did however try to get a payday loan through one of those sites that sends your information out to multiple lenders, so I assume this is how I became involved with this company. Lesson learned there.

After doing some searching, I found the following email in my email trash bin, I had ignored and deleted it because I was not familiar with the company and didn't want any more money. After looking at it more closely, it basically says that if I am not interested in getting the money I have to contact them to cancel, but otherwise they will be sending the money. Here is the email:

This is an automated email message in regards to the online application you have filled out.
Please do not reply to this message, use the company contact information at the bottom of

Hope this helps everyone.

I received money also from Ace and I didn't fill out any paperwork with them, whenever you fill out paperwork for other companies if they can't or won't help you they forward your information to other lenders, they use the original application you filled out as documentation. Sortal shady..The customer service at Ace Cash Services is terrible, they are very pushy, the practices their should be more above board, they tell you unless you contact them ASAP!! they will deposit the money into your account, they don't give you time to respond. It can be good if you really need the money, but if you don't like their company for whatever reason, you can end up owing them and not knowing it. Peace

Same exact thing happened to me. Ace made a $300 deposit that I did not authorize. I called them and they said they would reverse the money out of my account but they were rude and said that I authorized the loan. After reading all these posts, I called my bank too and filed a dispute so they could send back the money and not allow them to take out any more money. If anyone is looking for a legitimate cash advance website go to payadvance.com. I have used them several times and they are completely legit and honest. They have a website and they respond to emails and you do everything directly with them. No 3rd party BS.

The phone #for ace cash services is (1-800-840-2030). I need to know what to do, I did not apply for a loan with them but 250.00 was posted in my account.I filled out an application with another loan company, but did not sign anything! About a week later, there was 250.00 deposited into my checking account! I called them up and asked them what the deal was. They told me a bogus scam line saying I had applied at another co. so they went ahead and gave me the loan. But, I did not apply for 250.00, and I did not apply with them or sign any loan app. with them. What would a person do about this predicament?

they (ace cash services) deposited $300.00 in my checking account and I just found out about this on Friday. The funny thing is I never applied for a loan online. I'm from El Paso Tx So I'm going up to my bank on Monday and talking to the manager and find out how I can get a hold of these people.

Just tell your bank to send the money back, FYI, your account will never be safe now that they have your account information, I would advuse you to open n entirely new account at a different bank and get that one closed asap! The next activity on your account will probably be them debiting it for large amounts of money. You should keep an eye on it.

I recieved a loan tonight in the amount of $300 from Ace Cash Services. I to was confused because I did not receive any loan documents. BUT I checked my junk email folder and did end up finding the documents. Look in your junk mail for an email from "ACS" The link on mine did work, I read the terms, And I have to say I agree with them, its what I wanted, a $300 PDL...But I do have to say I dont think its right that they just do it! I applied with a different company and was declined, but these guys saved me from several overdraft fees. but again i dont agree that they can just do it and deposit the money in there :S

ACE Cash Services is a scam pure and simple. They are bloodsuckers. A few months ago I applied to a few cash advance places and received the cash advance I needed. Apparently, a week later, this company ACE Cash Services deposited $300 into my account without my knowledge. I did not realize this until 2 months later because I don't pay attention to my account at all. When I figured it out, I tried calling them but I never got a hold of them. Three days ago, I receive an email from them telling me that if I want to pay the loan amount in full ($390), I have to sign the loan document and fax it to them. If they don't receive the loan document, then they will take that as me authorizing them to renew the loan. At the end of it all, I would need to pay $1200 for a $300 loan that I never authorized. I called them and they were extremely rude and abnoxious. They are the epitome of crooks!!

Your account will never be safe now that they have your account information, if I were you, I would close out that account and open a new one at a different bank.

You can call them at 866-840-2030 but i wouldn't recommend doing business with them. i took a payday loan and asked them to have it paid and they renewed, charged me a $105 finance fee and then when i called them and told them of their mistake they said no problem and would have it paid. they did and charged me another $105 so they got to me for $210.

SO....Ace Cash Services called me after I closed my account with them (I had overpaid $60 in finance charges against the principle balance of $300), and the lady on the phone said I had a balance of $500...I laughed and told her I absolutely was not going to pay that. She then said, "Can you pay off $300?"...LoL, I said, "Nope." She asked me if I understood what I did when I entered into an agreement with them, and my response was, "I'll admit I needed a PDL, but I was not aware that you are unauthprized to do business in the state of CA." She then replies, "Sir, we are based in Oklahoma and we didn't come to you, you came to us." So my reply was, "So if you saw that I was a CA resident, why did you honor my loan application? Why not just decline it based on the fact that it'sullegal to do business with anyone in the state of CA anyway."...and she was silent! She gave me a fax number to send me revocation ACH letter to (which I faxed and emailed TWICE!)...so I'm going to do it again and tell them to take a walk off a bridge. I told them to never contact me at my number again and to only communicate via email.

Any other suggestions?

I have read all of your stories and all of our stories are the same. On day you noticed a certain amount of money in account from a ace cash service. Never receiving any kind of documentation. I called and they stated that the 60 bucks they were taking out of my account a pay period was a service fee. I let her have it. What the service of a one time payment of a 200 which buy the way isn't any money. I had to call my bank and they had to close my account and opened up a new one. which screwed things up to too bad. Ill handle them when a rep call me so I can set up what Im going to do. We all need to file a complaint because its the only way other people will not fall victim to blood suckers that get into people account. This was the first time I did a pdl and it will be the last. Ill struggle until next pay day if I have to go through this big a** headache.

It's happened to many people, they are an unlicensed lender so beware. If you have ever obtained a payday loan via the Internet this is probably how they got your account information. If I were you, I would have that deposited money reversed and close your account because it will never be safe again now that they have your account info.
