They are illegally loaning in my state, but no one govt wise will help. Does anyone have a history with them that i can use to educate myself before I call them back? The last supervisor I talked to said he would call me back but never did. The bank told me that if I signed papers saying they can take the money out they will have to force the account open. I am willing to pay them but I want to see if they will make a deal with me. Does anyone know any history on this? I haven't found anything relavent on the search engine yet...

If you're sure that Cash Supply is not licensed to lend in your state then you can follow the steps as said in here.

What bank are you dealing with? You have the right to revoke ACH debits from your account but you must go to the bank hand them a letter and advice them you are protecting your interests. This must be done 3 days prior to any expected ACH debit and your account must be in good standing. You may have given them authorization to debit your account but you have the right to take that away. Plese read the link below and pay close attention to 907. Good luck.
