Help in OK

Hi, I have been reading this site for a few weeks, and finally got the courage to post. I have gotten into the same mess as a lot of you here, and I need help to get out. This is what I have right now.

My Cash Now- origina1 $400, have paid back $591.15, they say I still owe $292

Centurion- original $300, have paid back $450 in fees, still owe the original $300

SSM- original $200, have paid back $300, still owe the original $200

Magnum Z- original $300, have paid back $180 in fees

JD Marketing - original $300, have paid back $180 in fees.

Also have $500 out to Pay Day One, 7th loan in a row

I would like to close my account, but can't do it until a direct deposit hits on the 25th and a check should be clearing any day. The loans are all scheduled to debit on the 29th.
