According to internet pdl laws, in Florida a internet based payday loan company can't give loan if it's not licensed in it.

United cash loans is not licensed in your state. So, you are only obliged to payoff the principle amount borrowed.

Paycheck Today is also unlicensed in Florida. So, you only need to payoff the principle amount.

Ameriloan also doesn't seem to have a license to lend pdl in Florida.

But, wait a minute, the maximum amount permitted for payday loans to lend in your state is $500.

In your case, it seems to me that the best possible way out from this mess is debt settlement.

The unlicensed pdls can't garnish your wage or put lien on my house.
