"Everything they claim is a lie!' "told them they were in breach of contract and citing where and how."
I'm skeptical of FDRS's service, but it would've been more helpful to people if you gave some specifics; what lies did FDRS say, besides "everything"? In what ways- where and how- were they in breach of contract?
The info on the FDRS website about how the money/credit system works is correct.

Sorry, but FDRS is a scam. You can recognize this type of company very easily. They make the claim that because of how our monetary system works, you never really borrowed any money in the first place! Their system is based on the false belief that credit card banks are operating illegally by extending credit to you. Absolutely do not give your money to one of these outfits! The fees start at $2,500 and go up from there.
Folks, there is no free lunch. The only thing such "debt termination services" will do for you is take your money. Their legal theories are total nonsense, and the courts do not recognize their arguments. These are the same people who also claim you don't need to pay your income taxes either. As tempting as it might be to try one of these services, you'll only get yourself in deeper trouble with your creditors.
Its a joke. They advertise on these government conspiracy websites like The Genesis Communications Network.

I just wanted to let everyone know, I had a concern last week and I called FDRS client care and my problem was handled immediately. I am very thankful for there quick response in helping my needs. I am also still very happy with FDRS legal team. They are great and I have yet to have any problems at all. Every time I have a concern I call FDRS or their legal team and they take care of everything in a quick manner. All I hear are complaints about FDRS and I don't get it, I have had nothing but good luck with them, those of you that want to get rid of your credit card debt I would highly reccomend them. You MUST follow their directions in order for the program to work properly, but if you do you will have no problems. If your willing to be proactive about your debt this program will work, but if your not then your out of luck. Im less than 6 months away from completed the program and am confident that I will be the first person on this forum that will be a satisfied client of FDRS..... Only time will tell, but I will keep you all posted. Those of you in the program- good luck and let FDRS and their legal team do the work for you. Do as they tell you and you will be as happy as I am. Talk to you later.

I believe the Federal debt relief System is the perfect scam because when the credit card companies, collection agencies and banks start suing you (like they are me!!) The federal debt relief system or FDRS.org is not responsible. And since they are dealing with people with money problems there is little risk for them getting sued. Fortunately my brother in-law is an attorney so he is taking my case. Unfortunately, the company is set up in a way that it????????s hard to go after them so I'm suing this lady Veronica who ???????enrolled me???????, but something is better than nothing.

Here is a recent article about Debt the Termination / Debt Elimination scams.
Debt Elimination Scams
June 2, 2008
Debt Elimination is a dream shared by the millions of consumers who find owing money to credit cards, banks, or lenders. To be blunt and painful; debt elimination is nothing but a dream and a scam.
This scam is growing fast as the financial crisis continues to worsen. The people behind the idea of debt elimination have no qualms about taking advantage of someone????????s weaken emotional and economical state for their own benefit. The promise of debt elimination is just that the elimination of any debt which is why it is so appealing to consumers who face foreclosure or bankruptcy. This type of solution just does not exist. For those that fall for the scam they will be out several thousands of dollars of which they really didn????????t have to spend in the first place.
There are many tactics used by debt elimination companies but it all centers around the core idea that credit lines are illegal. Sure, this sounds ridiculous but everyday countless consumers fall for the scam giving away large sums of money for nothing. The debt elimination companies will tell their victims that that credit card or line of credit from the bank is illegal so you don????????t have to pay the debt. In fact, with the scammers legal expertise they will be able to take the credit card companies and banks to court who will quickly retract the debt not wanting word of their illegal activities to leak out to the general public.
The debt elimination company will give you promise after promise and make grandiose claim after grandiose claim. Using bits and pieces of the actual law to pepper their sales pitch with a hint of legitimacy the company will then ask for a large sum of money upfront for a paper or a waiver that will make that debt disappear. The quotes that are used to make the claim seem honest are taken out of context and used inappropriately and to the ill informed sound like an answer to a prayer. If you fall for this scam and take that waiver to your lender or bank they will probably not laugh at you but they will confiscate the waiver and contact the FBI. Not only will you be facing intense questioning but you will be out thousands of dollars and will still be responsible for your debt.
There are several variations of this scam all centering on the claim that the credit loan is illegal. Consumers with credit card debts are not the only one being inundated with offers of debt elimination. Those with mortgages and facing foreclosure are tempted to take the offer in a desperate attempt to save their home. No matter what debt they claim to eliminate it is all a scam. What the credit card companies and banks do are legal, if it were illegal the government would????????ve stepped in long ago. There is no secret magic pill offered exclusively to you no matter how desperately you need it.
Now, there are several legitimate ways to reduce your debt. The problem many have with these legal methods is that it takes time, hard work, and constraint. Remember, if it is too good to be true then it often times is.
Difficult financial times are never an easy event to navigate through. If you are serious about rebuilding your credit and getting out of debt you will have to work hard. The legitimate debt recovery programs will provide you with the tools and knowledge to help you pay off those debts. If you borrow money you will have to pay it back. As soon as you find yourself facing more debt then you can manage seek help from a reputable and legal debt consolidation and management organization and avoid anything that promises magic beans.
These debt elimination companys like FDRS don't work. Just Google search these words " Debt Termination scam " or "Debt Elimination scams " or " No money lent scam ". You will find tons of articles about this type of scam.

Mobile0311 - Is there an FDRS forum you are not on? I am tired of your same posts and would like to go to a forum where people are in the program, and can give examples of their personal experiences instead of just conjecture!
We understand you don't like them and think they are a scam, but do me a favor...GO AWAY! People like you just cause forums to argue unnecessarily and get shut down.
If you see a forum where people are "IN" the FDRS program and discussing their experiences, please don't post there...it just makes us mad and steers the subject off topic. Thanks!

Keeping the Faith , thanks for your wonderful input.
Mobile0311 - Is there an FDRS forum you are not on? The answer is probably not. I will post at every chance I get to educate people about these scammers. You don`t like my posts. Oh well, thats just too bad .Should I call you a whaaaambulance? I will do everything in my power to prevent these scammers from getting another person's hard earned money.
People like you just cause forums to argue unnecessarily and get shut down. People like me prevent people from getting conned out of their hard earned money.FYI , I post on tons of other subjects here to try and assist people with there financial hardships. I am not here to start arguments. Just trying to provide people with information regarding their situation to help them make an educated decision. I have worked in the credit , counseling , and settlement industry for years and have spoken with tons of people ripped off by these con artists at FDRS. You may not like it but I will post as much info on them as I can to call these people out on their scam
So if you don`t like my posts and want me to ...GO AWAY! Sorry but I'm disinclined to acquist to your request.... which means NO! If you have an issue get a tissue.
PS. Everyone who has been ripped off by FDRS ,below as my signature are links to all the places you need to file a complaint with. Hope this helps :D

I agree with keeping the faith, I fully think everyone has the right to speak their own opinion, but it also does get old seeing the same people talk trash on the company that we are giving our hard earned money to. I hope you understand why we are defensive in this manner. We truely disagree with all of the negative comments and honestly want to believe that this company will stick to their words and complete what has been promised to us. The issue I have is I have still yet to find a single person that has actually done as told and followed the steps of the program, that has not been happy with their results. Yes I know how do I know they actually completed the program?? I don't Im just taking their word, everyone that has negative comments that has been with FDRS has either been to scared to continue, or they didn't do as they were instructed to do, thats why the program didn't work for them. Until I finish the program which is only 6 short months away I am sticking to my gut feeling and sticking with FDRS and thier legal team which whom Im very pleased with to date. I hope to be the first one on this forum to tell you I successfully completed the program on time and as planned until then complain all you want- This is America you have that right, (unless Obama gets elected...... lol Just kidding) Just please remember there are people out their that truely do believe in this company and what they stand for, and until I see some kind of proof that this company is in deed a scam I will continue to give them my hard earned money until my program is completed in full. If in the end I get screwed over- I promise I will let every last one of you know about it, but I don't think I have anything to worry about. Good luck to all of you in the program- let me know if you have any questions.
Have a great weekend,

I agree with mobile. Its obvious that FDRS is a bunch of charlatans. Anyone posting here defending fdrs after all these facts and articles presented is obviously an employee of fdrs and trying to get free leads for their company. I am sorry but their is just way too much negative info from rip off report.com , bbb , and tons of other forums that agree with mobile's perspective. One would have to be insane to actually think this company is legitimate . Heck there is even tons of stuff out there from former employees who tell all about the scam and how the owner Mark Cella has a Napoleonic complex. Keep up the good work mobile !!!

mike, until someone completes the program which noone has done in about 3yrs there will be negativity.i take issue with people responding to FACTS with rhetoric about negativity and basically ordering a registered member to GO AWAY.got news for both of you,if you both complete the program post it.until then please, keep the victimhood to a minimum.wanna know the way to get your point across.complete the program and post your success.until then, mobile is a respected and knowledgable member here, and isn't going anywhere.

Nor has their been an employee around long enough to substantiate a claim. Try as hard as you want to pretend but you aren????????t fooling anyone. If anyone has done even 5 minutes of research on FDRS and still give them their money, then they deserve to lose it.

UGRS
For those who are considering FDRS I would also like to introduce you to a program that I am starting called UGRS (United Grocery Relief Service). How it works is, few people know but the grocery stores are corrupt and Americans don????????t have to pay for groceries or necessary provisions. How UGRS works: Just wire $1,000.00 from your bank account to UGRS and immediately after when you go to the grocery store; get what you need and just walk out without paying. If you are questioned just tell them to call UGRSs???????? toll free recording. If you are arrested or sent to jail just go along as this is part of our program. If you don????????t go along then the program may not work.
So if you are someone who is seriously considering FDRS then I think UGRS is for you!

Wow! That's about all I can say...PaulMergel, why is it okay for you to threaten me? I was expressing my opinion to Mobile. He can do whatever he wants, I wasn't ordering him just simply stating a request.
As far as registering...I have tried several times, but even though it keeps telling me that it will e-mail my password to me (since it doesn't recognize the one I registered with) I still have yet to receive it...so until I do, I will have to settle for "guest" status.
Although after the other posts, I don't think I want anything to do with this forum!!! It's obvious to me that the moderators and other "respected" members are clearly in the industry and don't want anyone to disagree with their opinions...just try and you will see the threatening language they use against you...weird that anyone who thinks that FDRS is a scam is allowed to say WHATEVER they like in WHATEVER manner they please without any reprimand or warnings at all. Don't believe me? Read through all the posts and you will notice the pattern!!!!
As far as if they are a scam or not...well it's too late for me because I have been enrolled for way too long to turn back now...however, they have delivered everything they said they would so far. They also have called me on things that I didn't expect them to, so I know they are working on it...
I just wanted to find a forum where others were in the program and we could exchange information in a helpful manner...instead we get called many explicatives and treated like s**t!! It's no wonder that the other people actually in the program have stopped posting here!! We are just trying to connect and learn from eachother, not be insulted. So I will take a cue from them...

KTH,
My general philosophy is political realism and legal positivism. I call BS when I see it, regardless of political affiliation. I suggest you read up on legal positivism, as it will bite you in the ass when you attempt to present a "waiver" (or whatever else FDRS calls it) to one of your creditors.
Anyhoo, if you do actually leave, you have my assurances that your presence will not be missed.

Guest Mike , do you feel like a man now after insulting our moderators and HOFs. If you don`t like the opinions from people who have a lot of knowledge about the credit and debt industry than don`t post hear. Yes you do have the right to say and do what you want but not here "genius". We have rules here and if you can't abide by them than don`t post here. If you are happy with FDRS thats swell. Perhaps you will be their first client to ever in the history of the world to complete their program. Although that is about as likely as people in hell getting ice water.

Actually you will find that most people visiting here thank us all the time for our help with debt advice. Idiots ? At least our moderators can spell the words " controlled and opinion ". Your mastery of the English language is simply amazing. You don`t like what we say about FDRS being a scam.Well sorry, some times the truth hurts. Hey ,I know FDRS has its own forum to discuss conspiracy theories. Go join theirs so you can hear what you want to hear. This forum a joke? The only thing that is a joke is the fact you believe the crap FDRS shovels. I would feel foolish if I signed up with a company despite the tons of complaints . The fact you actually bought into their ridiculous legal and conspiracy theories and insult those who say anything negative about FDRS is a joke. But seriously there is no need for childish name calling. I am sorry to see you are leaving.I am sure this forum controlled by so called "idiots " will get along without you some how. It will be tough but we will manage. Mike from KC you will be sorely missed here.

SORRY.. BUT PLEASE USE SPELL CHECK WHEN TALKING ABOUT LANGUAGE ..AND DEFENDING THAT MOD'S CAN SPELL WORDS...
are you smarter than a 5th grader?
hear is to listen in your ear
HERE would be the proper useage when referring to your reply
btw ..I'm not calling ya out here at all..I just find it odd that you challenge IQ of someone else in same sentence that you can't even use "here" in proper term...anyways..my
experience in past two years on sight..many mods here are NOT highly educated and MAKE many grammar and spelling errors..many of them do not have "school smarts" at all! but they have debt in problem smarts and how they dealt with them...
again my point is this mobile..many mods here spell many words wrong and are OFTEN wrong about different situations...but they are here offering their services from their own experiences..if I want an expert I will hire an attorney who at least learned to spell "HEAR" right (in about the third grade )and can use this in the proper application..you see I am attacking yo but defending you as well..all here as in every application of life need to keep their eyes wide open..Mods opinions are only their opinions.not necessarily educated opinions at all..a person who never even graduated from middle school could post on this site and keep posting and then eventually become a mod because they hung out here long enough RIGHT?...it's all about trust and issues..not who can spell! Because ..mobile...I know for a fact that most mods on this site are not that good of spellers OKAY? but the experience they post is what is is important not their spelling

You have the ability to grab a weapon and harm someone...you sure as hell do not have the right to do so, except in a case of self defense.
