I am in need of contact information (address or, preferably, phone #) for SJM Marketing and Premier Processing. I had this info, but due to Hurricane Katrina, I no longer have access to it.

The members have pointed out that Ellis Crosby might be doing business in the disguise of SJM Marketing. The debits in the bank accounts are made by SJM Marketing.

You won't get any concrete information about SJM Marketing as they don't exist in reality. However, they have been doing similar illegal activities as done by Ellis Crosby. Please be careful.

Hello,

I have read thru all these threads. Everyhting I cathered gets me to another dead end. I took a $200.00 pay day loan back in March 2005. I faxed them a document that I want to pay it off. They are still taking out 60.00 every other week. Due to my own stupidity, I lost all my documents. Please send me any helpd. My bank wont put a stop payment on them. "It's an ACH". I have decided to close my account, and maybe they will call me.

It will be preferable at this situation to close your checking account otherwise SJM Marketing will keep hitting with the unauthorized debits. Later when they will contact you, ask them to give your loan statement. The loan was taken in the month of March and by this time, after paying every two weeks in each month, you must have paid additional amount.

After getting the statement from them, claim for a refund. Take legal help if you do not get the refund.

I have had a loan with sjm marketing since jan. 2005. They have been taking money out my account since then(75/mo.) I have paid too much money to them. I put an ach stop/block on my account as of yesterday 11/14/05.
Everytime i call to talk to dustin i get a voice mail. I leave a message, but never get a respond. They are a total rip off!!!!!!

I suggest you to file your complaint against SJM Marketing at the local attorney office as well as the BBB and FTC.

Check this forum for the address of SJM Marketing/Platinum B and get a statement of your loan. Since you have paid more than the loan amount, you should legally claim for a refund. Consult your attorney to guide you towards the right direction.

By getting a lawyer to go after a couple hundred dollars you will be paying more in legal fees than what you paid them. Not to mention the fact, that what they are doing IS totally legal. I read my paperwork before I got the loan and it clearly states how the process works. I think the problem is that alot of people see easy cash, and that is not the case you have to prepare yourself and budget your money to payback the loan as soon as possible. If you dont take the time to read the paperwork and dont listen to the Rep. when they explain the terms than you are asking for trouble. I have spoken to Dustin as well, in fact he was my loan Rep. He told me exactly what the paperwork said and has done the same on all of the loans I have taken from this company.
The people complaining on this forum are not wise consumers and should learn to read terms and conditions, before applying for these loans. In my opinion if you do not educate youselves on payday loans than you deserve what you get.

SJM Marketing has been taking $30 per month from my account simply because I can't find out how to contact them to terminate/stisfy this small loan. I'm am at the end with this. if I don't find out who to contact I'll have my bank reject there deduction then I'll find out. They have already taken some $300 in fees for a $100 loan because I don't have their information. Thank You James Franklin

Hi James,

Read the post of Ben above your post. You will get the contact information of SJM Marketing. Request the company to send you an itemized statement of all the payments that you have made in regards to the $100 loan.

If you don't hear anything from them and they continue to debit money from your account, you will have to consider closing it for good reasons. Later, you can negotiate with them if they call you.

how about your loan has been paid for several months and all of a sudden you get statements and overdraft notices saying your acct have been overdraft for ninety dollars plus 28 dollars 3 times in one month throwing everything off.

Welcome to the forums.

After a particular debt account is paid off, the agency is required to report the credit bureaus about the payment being complete. The CRA updates the file as paid so that no other company makes collection attempts on the particular account.

It seems that your account was not updated by the agency with whom you last made the payments. Contact them and inform about the present situation. Request them to update your file as it is not giving the accurate picture of your credit history.

If you want to stop the debits from your checking account, take help of your bank. They will close your checking account and open a new one for you. Contact information of Bahamas Marketing Group is given below. After you have closed the checking account, the loan company will contact you for more payments. SJM - Ellis or the company I am dealing with right now, oneclickcash has falsely advertised thier services and is gouging consumers and needs to be stopped. They clearly state that thier process is hasle free and FAXLESS. However the only way to make the option to complete the payment is by fax and they make it completely unclear on how to do it. They pruposely increase the customers chance to make a mistake and thus allowing them to conitnue to steal your money because of that. I did not have a fax when I started and I still do not have a fax. They have taken more than $600 on a $300 loan because of this and my bank is failing to react to this semi-authorized form of theft.

Joet, be careful because the company you are dealing with will again try to debit money from your bank account. Inform your bank about it so that the debit can be stopped if it takes place. If necessary, you will have to close your checking account and open a new one.

After you have closed the account, the company will be calling you demanding for more money. Get everything sorted out before you make any agreement with them. Ask them to give you an itemized statement of all the payments received and verity it with your bank statement. Read the interest charges that must be mentioned in the loan agreement. After analyzing everything, then only propose any deal further.

Please help me with any information. I just spoke with someone at this company,the number i called was 18667222770. She told me the $60 dollars that is coming out of my account every other pay is only the finance charge until i call them 3 days prior to the next debit. So basically if you want to get on a payment plan it would be what every the amount you choose to pay plus the $60 dollar finance charge. This company really knows how to get people for their money.

Tina, call your bank and change your account number. If possible, you can close the account also so that the charges are stopped from increasing further.

Arrange a payment plan with the company and pay off the total amount. Ultimately, your credit needs to appear in good shape in front of your future lenders.

I also have had a problem with this company. They have taken out $60.00 on 01/13/06 from my account but was not suppose to take it out until 01/19/06. They made me overdraw my account because of this. They are not a very good company. I would not advise anyone to use them.

I will suggest you to send your letter to Premier in writing. You must have proof of your contacts made with the company and failed to get a response.

JD is saying right. You must take the help of your bank and find out the company. The bank will dispute with them on the item that they debited. If the company fails to give you any valid info, money has to be credited back to your account.

Your bank will do great help here if they can take care of this matter. You might also be interested in putting your complaint at the FTC, BBB and the AG's office. These types of complaints should not go unheard for future awareness of the consumers.
