Patrick,

It appears you have come to this website to reach SJM Marketing or Premier Processing. We are not either of those companies; this is a forum for people to discuss their debts and debt-problems.

If you are trying to find contact information for this company, try starting from the beginning of this post by clicking here: http://forums.debtcc.com/forums/sjm-marketing.html

Since this forum is available to the public I have removed your phone/fax # and email, for your safety...

I had a loan with SJM they debit out of my account $60.00 ever 2 weeks for 2 years. I had no phone number to contact them I number I had previously did not work, I went to my bank to see if there was a number on the ACH, there was none therefore I stopped payment on the ACH draft. SJM did not contact me, they had an attorney office contact me to tell me I had a judgement against me for wire fraud, I tried to explain the suitition to them, I told them I was willing to pay what I owed $260.00 which I did on the spot, I received a call by this attorney office this morning staying now they have filed a failure to appear. I have received no papers from them just this very nasty person on the phone. I have had other payday loans and have no problems with them.

Hey guys i think i found out some information about SJM marketing, someone called my house and it was an 800 number, 1-800-981-8380. Also they answered the phone as American debt solutions and new platinum line. I hope this helps out a little bit for all of you and also, if they continue to harrass you, T and C told me that you can tell them that you want only communication by us mail only and no phone calls, if they continue to call you after you ask them to stop, they can get in serious trouble. Hang in there guys, we can fight them tooth and nail. Dont let them win.

Jon867 you're a douche. My account was overdraft over 1 thousand dollars. People/businesses who exploit people in need of emergancy money are heartless. When I need emergancy money, I might not have the time to sit and read paperwork. I never spoke to a rep. No one who was taken advantage of deserves it.

I took a loan out with these people approximately a year ago. I "thought" I had paid them in full around Oct. of 2006, apparently not. I put a stop payment on a $90 transaction to get their attention and now I have some guy calling telling me I owe him $775 or he'll take me to jail. Any advise out there?

I have a PDL with SJM, and was laid off and my new job doesn't have the same paydays as old one . of course I have paid them back probably ten times the amount I borrowed. I came here to find a number, to set up a payoff. but it seems that maybe if i call them, and if they get rough, just put them in there place. Will this work, besides contacting my bank , Which I will be so embarrassed. Thanks

Took a pdl from SJM Marketing on Sept 21, 2006 for the amount of $250.00. As of June 8, 2007 this company has received $1,380.00 from me. I have made numerous attempts to reach this company by phone 10x, and e-mails to Dustin 5x and have had no response.
Today I received a call from Bass & Associates threating me with legal actions..of course after using threating language with me I "lost" my temper..but not before I informed him that I had already filed complaints with the BBB and the KY Atty General's offices since I have paid them almost 6x what the original loan was. Don't do the PDL's people, some are not bad to deal with but this company is a beauty!!

I want to welcome everyone to the world of collection practices. Collection agents get paid on how much they collect. They can not i repeat can not do anything legally, that is, take you to court, take your children nothing. Wake up, smell the roses. A business can call them self what ever they want. I could open a business and call it cs law firm llc, and it could be a night club. If someoce calls you threatining to take you to court, tell them you will see them at court, make a comment about their mother and hang up on their ass! Duh. Pay day loan companies never take anything to court. Ever! Hang up on the collections people, change your # and you will not get another call! Bank fraud, check fraud.. Collection practices. Pay them or don't pay them. You will never see a court room, maybe a blemish on your credit, but who cares. No one ever steels idenity from someone with bad credit. Good luck

And don't blame platinum b services for you paying for 3 years. That's your fault! Who does not check their bank satement for 3 years? Who doesn't notice 30-90 dollars coming out of every check? You deserve it! When you call they say, you have to call us 3 days in advance if you want to pay the loan off in full or make a payment arrangement toward the balance. So 3 years later your crying because you were so busy spending the money in your head, you didn't listen to the tems of the loan. Grow up. Look at your bank statements. Platinum b's # is 866-722-2770 the managers ext is 104 but anyone can help you. And if you file bankrupt over a payday loan, your a fool!

Hi Everyone,

The phone number for Premier Processing Inc is 1-877-878-2700. When you call them, they are very helpful and will sometimes mark your loan as paid in full if you have not notified them that your loan should have been paid a long time ago. Fax number is 1-877-878-4700. They operate on Central standard time, so keep that in mind.

If you have a payday loan in the state of Maryland, you should know that they are illegal in our state. Gather all the information that you can about the PDL company (address, phone number, amount borrowed, amount paid etc.) Call or write Suzanne Elbon @ 410-230-6073, Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation, 500 North Calvert Street, Suite 402, Baltimore, Maryland 21202-3651. If you are being harassed keep notes and let her know, she will write a letter to the company telling them that they must cease providing services or soliciting business with Maryland residents and tell them to reimburse you for any monies that you paid to them over the amount of the loan. She also cited, The Annotated Code of Maryland, Financial Institutions, Article 11, Section 204 states:
(a) In general - Unless a person is licensed byt he Commissioner (the Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation), the person may not: (1) Make a loan; or (2) In any way use any advantage provided by the Maryland Consumer Loan Law. She will also tell you to make your bank aware of the situation and close that account.

If you have a PDL check with your states Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation to find out if PDL's are legal in your state.

I thought I would send the following to the VP of Platinum B Services and it got sent back as undeliverable. So I contacted Dustin Dernier and said what is Josh Mitchem no longer at SJM/Platinum B

I have been dealing with your company for some time. I had a loan for 500 and paid it off successfully, I had a loan I think for $300 and paid it off successfully, $100 same thing. I have a $250 dollar loan I have had since 10/22/07 that I have paid about $675 in just fees-I did try several attempts to pay off, by sending emails to your staff I have sent faxes then I got a little lax and just thought I could go a little longer. I then have a problem with my bank account and I have to close it. I sent a fax on 3/4/08 revoking anyone who had ACH payments coming out of my account that I was revoking authorization and that they needed to contact me for further discussion to this matter-everyone was wonderful and gave me time and setup arrangements because they all know I am good with my accounts and I jumped on this before my due dates. I get a call from Nikki Walker stating that she revokes my revocation. I said I have been a good customer and that I just want to push the date out and send either a prepaid credit card or money order in the amount of $250, or make arrangements to pay it down. She says send something from my bank showing fraud-my bank is still monitoring and it has more information than I feel safe to give out. She says to send it no later than Thursday. I did get a little perturbed. I had my account closed and now have to wait until next week to open a new one since my direct deposit has stopped. If I have to abide by my loan and note disclosure then you guys would owe me money-see the attached it states my apr is 0.00%. I have the computer copy and I have the signed copy with the fax confirmation. I have other saved copies of my loan agreements and they all have typos wrong APR rates 2 different in same loan document. Please call me to discuss this further and let me know what I can do.

Was one of your loyal customers.

 I am so upset that I fell for such a scam, they have to be the worse payday lender out there. They do go by the name United Federal Bank-they are the bank that loans you the money, they are the company you deal with that takes your money which is SJM(funny thing is its a PO Box #-where the cronnies probably pick up) and when you call to discuss they are Platinum B Services and the collection companies which is United Federal Bank is also them. Anyone who is dealing with them please stop your account for good, go in and talk to your bank branch manager and close it out and open a new one. I think we need to file a civil lawsuit in all states -i am in NJ and there is a consumer fraud act and this is definetly classified as one. My loan documents if they want to hold up to them they would owe me money as it states apr 0.00%-what a lovely thing cut and pasting does this one in my favor.

Anyone that has a loan out with them close your account-go talk to your branch manager-send a fax to SJM Marketing/Platinum B Services and revoke their authorization as well as their affiliates-Federal Regulation E-for the consumer, look at my previous blog above and you will see why. I actually think they do this to people after they have carried a loan for over a few months. Platinum B Services is who you think you get the loan from-which is true, then your account states it was withdrawn by SJM Marketing same company(PO Box #-probably where the cronnies get paid and no one sees and it probably is also a place where all of our contact information-account #'s u name it go) when it gets tough for them they open up a new one and people have stated that United Federal Bank is a collection agency-which is also Platinum B Services. They deny this but the are so full of it. Well I do have to say I love cut and paste. The idiot who did my loan and note disclosure stated my apr%0.00 and any of my documents that I have received from them all have different APR% for the same loan. I am so mad at this point -bring the Collection agency on now. I think we need to do a civil lawsuit-I am in NJ.

I too have been called and harrassed my a company called All Pro Recovery by a man named John Campbell. There was a payday loan advance posted to my checking account about a month and half ago. I had no number or contact info for these people to figure out why!! John Campbell told me I needed to pay or he will be suing me personally! I have reported him and the company to the Fair Act Debt. I told them to cease and decease these harassing calls or they will be the one sued. I did a google search for SMJ Marketing and have nothing but to apply for a loan! No contact number, email or address. How do you get a hold of these people. :?

Don't ever use internet PDL service, only brick and mortar. If anybody threatens you with something as inane as the Martha Stewart/Patriot Act, tell them to shove it up their arse, they aren't taking you to court or having you arrested...they just want you to keep paying insane interest payments every two weeks. When they take that money out it is only interest, you are never paying on the principal unless you pay the full amount plus the interest payment for that one week or 2 week period.

I have bad credit and had collection agencies calling me before threatening me and telling me I was gonna be sued etc, I told them all to kiss my ass. I was never in big debt, just 500 here 1000 there after I was laid off and couldn't keep up. It's all disappeared from my credit report over the years and I never paid anything.

Don't ever give access to your accounts. EVER.

LTS Management is the umbrella for LoanShopOnline.com. When you submit an online application with just about any payday loan website, they send out the appllication to a bunch of different companies. Some automatically deposit money into the account, some withdraw the fees before hand. Some are just plain crooks (LTS Management)

I also found out that LTS/Loanshop Online won't lend to anyone in the military, or working for the police department. I have half a mind to report them to the BBB.
