Logged into my United Cash Loans account today, to see the status. I had revoked their rights, since I had paid $485 on a loan od $350. When I revoked their rights and closed my account on 9-29-08, they claimed my balance was $195. Now on my account it states " Congratulations! Your loan has been: Paid in Full on 10-03-2008. You now have the option to get another loan!* You may even qualify for additional funds! To find out how much, click the GET A LOAN NOW button below" Never again!!! Hooray! One down, six to go... status below

According to their records- Account Statement: $502.11
They have not called since I sent a cease and desist letter, however they have emailed me a threatening letter stating that my balance is over $500. On 9-29-08, I revoked their rights and closed my account. I have still been able to log-in though, until today. I am now shut out of the account. Hopefully, they have written me off.

They have been the toughest thus far, just see my other posts. They have threatened me and claimed to have called my bank and employer, although neither one was contacted (I checked). However, they did not call after my cease and desist letter and have only contacted me via email. They agreed that my balance was only $183 one day and the following day claimed it to $302. I told them that they need to put their three heads together (consists of only 3 employees as per the BBB) and decide on a balance and address to send payment. They have not responsed to that last request.

Congratulations
Reading this gives me the incentive to make the same thing happen for me. I am afraid of the phone calls at work though, it could really be embarassing. I made such a stupid mistake to get involved with payday loans, I dont want my employer to think I am that irresponsible.
