You are making me hungary!!! I am not making seafood or 40 garlic chicken...But I am making pasta e faggoli ( I speak italian but can spell in it worth a darn or read it for that matter).

I am only having leftover cold pizza tonight. :cry: I'm home by myself, no point in cooking.

I have a choice of cooking chicken and veggies or getting Subway, and I so don't want to cook!!! So, you can probably guess what I'm leaning towards having...

Yes, that is the soup...beans and macaroni. It is one of my favorites...I think I say that about all food. I ended up eating Chinese. No one was home but me. We will have it this week. it is supposed to be cold.

I want to go to the Olive Garden! I want breadsticks and alfredo sauce!

Unfortunately, the closest one is about 30 minutes away. How stupid is that!

The closest one to me is about 90 minutes away!!

I miss chi-chi's! They all closed down in 2003 because a bunch of people died from ecoli.

I am grilling myself a steak and making a salad...after totally cleaning out my walk in closet and doing every stich of laundry I deserve a good dinner!!!

I am going to make a salad, with some grilled buffalo chicken strips on it.

Im grilling a bbq steak with onions, tatar totts, corn and backed beans with ice tea, and for desert, chocolate cake, yeah thats right, CHOCOLATE CAKE, I love it :!: :lol:

Well, I had a late night at work, so I am having chicken noodle soup and pb&j! Pretty good, actually.

I had to leave you yesterday as I started running a temp for no apparent reason but here is my cure.
Chicken Broth
Garlic
Scallions
Fresh Ginger
Soy Sauce
Boneless Chicken **** poached whole in the above.
Pour soup over your favorite long noodles.
Slice Chicken and lay on top.
Add Asian hot chile sauce such as Sambal ot Siracho. Hot sauce is OK but it is vinegar based.
Eat while hot. Drink remaining broth from bowl and go to bed.
I am back to work as good as new. 101 last night, 98 today. I don't know why it works but I swear by it. And it really tastes good!

Volley, you are still sick?? That sucks. It does sound good. I was not feeling well yesterday and went to the chinese restaurant and had hot and sour mixed with wonton for takeout...that is what I like when I am sick.

Try it it helps a lot. I make it from canned broth or fresh stock if I have it. I love the asian market we have here. You can find so many things and cheap! I have never seen so many types of noodles. I love noodles!

Rox-Yea, I thought it ws better yesterday but I dont think I am going to make it through the work day :(

I love anything asian and spicy soup when sick....it clears you out and the spices are settling to the stomach.
