Ecare Contact Centers and Crown Lending?

Hi,
I just received a letter from a company by the name of Valentine & Kebartas, Inc. saying I owe this company Ecare Contact Centers $897.86 but doesn't say for what. I have never heard of either of these companies but when I look on the internet it seems Ecare is a payday loan co? I have no idea what this is for but I am going to respond that they send me something in writing. Their address shows as a P.O. Box 325 Lawrence MA 01842-0625. I don't think I would be able to send my letter certified. Any suggestions as to what I should put in my letter as well as how to get proof that they received it?
It seems I have been getting bombarded with calls from a company also called Crown Lending. They have all my personal info and have told me that they will be sueing me for fraud for a payday loan I took out in January of 2008. This is not true. I have taken payday loans in the past but have always paid them.
What is going on? It's scary that they have my info.
