go to your bank and have them return it as unauthorized.then watch your account.you might have to close it and open a new one at the same bank.

Was anyone able to find out how to get ahold of them? They gave me a$200.00 loan i dont remember asking for. I mean I looked around at diff places before I decided and i do not remember them. I would like to know when the money is due since they give it to me and what will be the final cost. LOL I cant find a direct web link to them. I would appreciate any help you guys have or found out.

Beware of Ace Cash Service , I did a search of payday lenders. The next day my checking account had 300 dollars that I did not authorize. Thank goodness my bank gave me their information so that I could contact them and have the funds removed from my account. I did not sign or approve of the loan and they did not send in electronic documents of the loan.

i got them to answer. am i going to get ripped off. they put 300 in my account with out my permission

They have told me that they do not have a web site they are a new company. Is this true.

the 1-866-840-2030 phone number worked but I had to stay on hold for over 5 minutes to get a human being.

i just recieved as well a deposit of 300 in my account and it says from ace cash service...and i have no idea where this came from i ddnt apply for any loans...does anyone know the main number to this place????

if you applied to any pdl they share info.go to your bank and have it returned.then watch your account closely.

Some of these companies are so closely related, if you apply to one you may get funds from several without ever signing loan documents.

After reading all the people on this blog I think these people are rip off. I think i need to stop the payments they are taking out of my account.

I am having the same problems with this company. However, my bank suggested closing the account. Glad I did because after make 3 $90 payments they are calling saying we owe them $700 plus and they are going to throw my husband in jail. I explained we did not sign anything for this money and also will pay them the remaining of the $300 but they would have to e-mail an address to send a money order to(I will not give them any more account info) I have called the sheriffs dept, they said it is civil but to file a complaint we have to know where they are located. I can not get any info from them, they keep hanging up on me. Anybody have any ideas?

Don't let them scare you. Take the advice of the folks on this website. From what I understand, they cannot threaten you with jail . They can't threaten you at all.

did you ever find out about this? I am having trouble trying to get them to send me an email with my loan info. I have the number 866 840 2030, but that's it. I can't find the website anywhere.

Ace Cash Services are debiting $61 each payday for a month.
I did not receive any payday loan from them.
They never contacted me about a loan.
But I don't undertand why they are debiting this money when the didn't even give me a loan.

I just got 300.00 from them also, that I didn't ask for. I contacted them and they told me "why would we put money in your account ma'am, if you didn't ask for it"
I contacted my bank to have the money sent back and they told me to contact ace loans.
I contacte ace loans and all I get is a runaround. Can't send loan documents, can give me access to account, don't have a web site. I told them to mail it to me, have not heard back.
There is no infromation on how to pay this thing back, how much they charge, etc. Looks like I am going to have to close my account.
Is this even legaL?

I called them to verify their info and was able to get someone in less than a minute. She was very nice and reversed it without no questions or charge.

ace services put money in my account according to the email left. I looked at the attahedcontract which had no amount on it and no signature.i am positive I didn't ask for a loan with them. This is not working out to put our info out for a loan and everyone gets it.

yes i too have been victimized by these people. they contacted me at work today saying that i owed them $510.00 for a loan that was supposedly deposited on 5/15/09. I explained that i had never even heard of them and certainly didn't ask for any loan, much less sign any documentation. They say that i have to file a police report if i believe that my identity has been stolen. How can they deposit money into your account without your permission? And if i didn't sign any documents am i liable for the money?

I did apply for a loan on line and get a phone call. After hearing the interest rate i politely declined and thought that was the end of it until I got money in my bank account. I agreed to nothing and signed nothing. How do I get these people out of my life?

I am trying to find Cardinal Mgmt/B&L, Kenwood Service, and Ace Cash Service. I never received any paperwork from these companies so I have no ideal how to get hold of them. Can anybody help me get hold of these companies? I really want to get these payday loans paid.

I applied to US Fast Cash and 500Fast Cash. I looked at my online bank statment a week later and found a $200 deposit from both Ace Cash Services and SDS Processing. I called the numbers for Ace and SDS (listed on bank statement) and they both lied and said they're 3rd party lenders and that I applied. They also lied and said they sent me emails. I told them both to re-send the so-called documents. I waited a couple hours and called them both back looking for the emails. They both lied and said it take time for emails. I also asked both companies for the websites. One said they didn't have one and the other said their site is under construction. Yeah right. I called my bank and explained the entire situation, let alone being embarrassed by it all. I was advised to go to the bank and immediately write a note stating the 2 deposits were unauthorized and put a stop payment on them. The bank returned the money. Well, the next day I received an email from Ace Cash telling me that the funds were returned for some reason and I need to call them to re-verify my routing/account numbers so they could re-deposit. SCAMS. So beware of USFast Cash and 500Fast Cash. They're attached to these companies. I have to admit I've taken loans from 5 companies and so far only like 2 of them. I've already used one of them more than once. Hope this post helps anyone.

I just had an internet withdrawl from Ace cash services. Never heard of them and used the phone numbers given above. The 850 number has been disconnected and the toll free number states they are not open. Sounds like they are a racket that uses your info to illegally charge your account

they cant put your husband in jail for not paying.........if that were the case.........all of america would be in jail, that is how they frightened you.

So you never received any kind of loan from Ace? If they are debiting your account and you never took a loan from them the only way you are going to get them to stop is by closing your account. What state are you in and do you have any other pdls or have you in the past?

i did not sign off on any document to recive $200.00 dallars into my account please take the money out.
