Would anyone happen to have any inforamtion on this company, specifically their phone #? I looked on the internet and there is an Ace Cash Express. I need Ace Cash Services.

I did not tell them yes or sing anything that said that theay could put 200 in my acount ii was at work when theay say i was on line my job did not have enternet i dont no how my info got to them i never ask for a loan i will pay back the money i owe wich is 60 plus 200 not a penny more but theay put all kinds of money on to this bougas loan and h ave no add to send money to them theay need a bank acc no way i cancel my bank acc send me a addto send260 to and now prove that you are who you are ill pay

I applied for an online advance and received 2 deposits from Ace Cash Services. I had no idea where the money came from and no confirmation. Then they started debiting my account, 2 debits at a time. I couldn't reach anyone and after several months of debits I finally had to close my account. Now this company has been paid back more than what they originally gave me and they are harrassing me with phone calls daily, on my cell phone and at work, at least once a day. What can I do to stop these calls

I was randomly deposited $300 by ACE on 11.19/2009. I didn't catch it until about two weeks later. By then, they already unauthorized deposited my account by $300. And by 3/9/10...they have withdrawn a total $825. They are now calling me daily to say I have a balance...which is blah. I have asked the reps before to fax me my statement and to email me if needed. Nothing has been faxed nor emailed to my knowledge.

Close your account, that is the only way to stop them.

I just want to first and formest say that these people are THEIVES, CROOKS, CONS, SCAMMERS, AND JUST TERRIBLE PEOPLE! I can't believe how these people can live and work for these people. Well I took out a loan for $250, then been charged a total of $460. What they do is charge you the (4) $75.00 fees + (1) 50.00 fee. Then they charge you a $50.00 + $60.00 fee next. I flipped and called them. They explain to me that you have to call us and tell us to not renew the loan. I did sign a contract originally for $250 + $175 interest. After I found out they were taking out more, then I shut my account down. I just can't believe these people are stealing people's hard earn money that people work hard for! So this morning I froze my account and got a new account. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP AND DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR LIKE MYSELF AND DON'T DO ONLINE LOANS EVER! I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB! END OF STORY!

Did anyone know that Ace Cash Service debits your account for fees that they charge if you aren't paying on the loan but they won't debit your account for the actual loan payment. So what happened to me is that I was that when I gave them all my information I thought that was it, I was set up to easily have my payments debited from my account so I wouldn't have to worry about it. But no, all this time they were taking out fees without calling me mind you to ask me when I planned on paying on my loan. So now I still have my loan to pay off.

You can only stop them from accessing your account one way, and that is to close your account. It would be in your best interest to do so, otherwise there's no end in sight when and if they will ever stop stealing your money.

Ace called me over the weekend and left a message saying they were coming to my home or workplace to arrest me! These people are a scam and will never get a penny more out of me. It is against the law to call and threaten you over the phone. My loan was in bankruptcy and not a thing they can do about it. I will contact my Attorney if they continue. I had to change my phone number. I will never get another payday loan.

I don't know about 500Fast Cash but I have gotten a loan from US Fast Cash. They are honest and you can go online and check your balance. Its usfastcash.com. I've gotten all my emails and loan documents. Maybe it's not the right US Fast Cash.

Hi,

Did you contact your bank regarding this? If the payday loan company deposited the money without your authorization, you need to contact your bank and have the money sent back to where it came from. It's good to know that you've contacted an attorney and I believe he will guide you in the right direction. But I think it won't hurt you to talk to your bank and check out what they can do about it.

You must also be monitor your bank account regularly. If the payday loan company has your account details, they may withdraw money illegally from you account without your prior authorization just like they deposited the loan without your approval.

here is my situation and i don't know what to do!

i am a 22 year old college student well i went online and filled out for a payday advance from some other website (NOT ACE CASH SERVICES) and that friday when I got my paycheck it was deposited as well (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR ANY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE). I get paid direct deposit and was expecting a fairly big paycheck from my job, so I didn't think anything of getting paid $650.00 so I budgeted it as necessary. $350 to my apartment $100 for gas $100 for food well then my manager was discussin my paycheck and was asking me about taxes or something and I saw $400 on there. my jaw dropped and I was feelin sick. I spent all of the loan under the false pretense that it was my paycheck.

I don't know what to do. What they did was wrong in the first place but I am scared my credit report that looks good from on-time educational loan payments is about to go down the drain! Can I get free legal counsel if I am a victim here? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

You could try your local Attorney General Office or you Consumer Right Office and report the company and they will investigate your claims. Hope this helps.

Ace Cash Services aren't licensed to lend anywhere. Just so you are aware, they will change their name and debit HUGE amounts from your account, so putting a block on the will work for awhile, but not forever, keep an eye on your account. In fact, you would be much better off closing that account because it will never be safe again. Ace Cash Services is known for selling off account information, it's hard to tell who's hands your account information is in now!

Sure,

The company I got approved for and accepted was "First Bank of Delaware" and it was $500 well, when I accepted it, it wouldn't continue on to the rest of the application, it would only refresh the page.

They are on the internet.

Ace Cash deposited $250 in my bank account

I have paid none of it I sent them an email saying what they did as wrong and I never gave any electronic signature for authorization and I blocked them from my state employees account. now a computer calls me 24/7. i dont know what to do because i don't have the money for a lawyer, but what they did was WRONG and can fuck my credit over.

I reside in North Carolina

the phone number by the guy name Ray Walton at 240-479-3715, claims that western union mailed me $700 cash from ACE CASh ADVANCE also known as ACE CASH ExPRESS, they have threaten to take me to court as of July 23, 2010, please call your court to make sure that you do not have any outstanding case pending against you, call your small claims court, the procedure is the sherriff has to serve you the paper with the court case number, however this gentleman Ray Walton refuses to give me the case number, I called and there is no case pending against me, this guy is a crook and very very good at it, he has all my personal info, I now have to close my bank account and reopen a new one, and now contacting SSI to see if I can have my SSI number changed because of him, this is a identity theft people, please please do not borrow money online or put SS# when applying for this stupid cash advance, I have never ever heard such a thing about Western Union mailing $700 cash to your home, how absurd is that, I did apply small loan but not through ACE CASH ADVANCE, and they get your personal info by capturing what you type on the internet, please protect yourself, if you have to borrow money, go to your parents, relatives , friends and banks, they are so more reptuable than this internet crap, I am starting to hate the internet, you can't trust anybody over the internet anymore,

This call that u had received was not actually feo
Ace cash services. It is and Indian scam. When you go online and fill this info out it is basically being sent to several companies and out there for anyone to hack into that site. So if the person calling you has a heavy Indian accent don't believe anything they are saying it is all a lie. It is a pretty well known scam going on so I would advise contacting local police department and file reports you are getting those calls also file say reports with local attorney generals office.

:(I received a 350.00 loan from ace cash services without applying for it 2 weeks ago. By the time I discovered it, funds had already been taken from it and they just took 105.00 out of my account. I haven't been able to get in touch with them to take all of their money back. Is it too late to have their funds reversed by the bank. I never signed any papers to get this loan..

This company is very decietful. I was applying for online loans, didn't ever even apply to anything with ace in the title. I ignorantly used my school debit card when I first got it, and when I saw money on card, I thought it was from my school. I found out later that because I didn't respond to an email I never got, I somehow agreed to a loan with 200% interest, and they even tried to bill my card multiple times a WEEK. that's right, they got their payment, and then tried to bill my card the NEXT DAY. When I figured out what was going on, and finally got on the phone with the company, they were talking crazy. This stuff should be outlawed, and they can kiss my butt. keep calling me ace, you got your money back! You cannot hold someone accountable for a loan they never agreed to.

I live in south carolina i was approved for a loan of $350 from ace cash services on thursday and they told me the money would be in my account that night at 12:01 but it wasnt so i called them on yesterday which was friday and they lady said everything was fine and the money would be in my account on last night at 12:01 but when i checked it wasnt, as of now the money is still not in my account so i wanted to know if anyone knew how long it takes for them to deposit the money? i bank with bank of america i dont kno if that is the reason its taking so long cause they did tell me my bank could put a hold on the money,,,i eally need the money my rent is due like yesterday and i was wondering if anyone knew any good payday loan companies?

You won't get any recommendations for payday loan companies around here, and especially Ace Cash Services, they are nothing more than criminals.

This is the same thing that happen to me yesterday at work. He called 4 or 5 times and had a very heavy Indian accent and I couldnt understand him. Told me I had taken out a loan in June which I never did. Threaten me... Suppose to call again last night which never did. I am taking legal action as soon as possib le.

Ace Cash Services have been harrasing me with phone calls. I answered their call at work and I asked to call them back they said that there are no call backs what the hell I see they have been calling me on a daily basis. So they are trying to tell me that I cannot call them back when I have time since I am a single mom and they know what the economy has been like and I borrowed 250.00 and now they want over 2,000.00 from me? What kind of business is this?? I would not use them as get out of debt resource if I would have known they were going to harrass me and not have any compasion. I took the loan and planned on paying it back but now they want to play games. I told them I was at work which I work part time and have two kids and she said " Oh sorry I cannot have you call me back" what is that about I dont even think they are a ligitamit company?
