bankruptcy and potential creditors

I had accumulated quite a bit of debt, but had been working with my creditors to pay off the debt. Then my ex husband decided (after I got remarried) that he wanted to have me pay for a vehicle loan that he had already paid off that was in both of our names and for another loan. With the situation with my ex having gone to court, but not yet settled, I decided to file bankruptcy. I had mentioned in court that I agreed that one of the loans I would have paid for, but not both. He wanted me to pay for both and I mentioned in court that I was in the process of filing bankruptcy and now my ex is listed as a potential creditor. Now, I am being told by a family law attorney, that he can file saying that I commited fraud by offering to pay for the debt. It seems to be never ending. Is this true that he could file fraud on this and make it where this money he wants me to pay is not discharged? And with him being listed as a potential creditor, will he even be contacted? I hope the information above made sense.

Okay, couple of things.
Who has the title of the car?
Was your husband the co-signer of the loan?
Which loan have you committed to pay for? Car or the other one? What type of loan is it?

Do you have an attorney? He is the one that you should be asking about this. Fraud in a bk case is a criminal offense. It sounds to me like someone is trying to start trouble, but there are a lot of little technicalities when it comes to what you pay before the bk is filed, and who you pay.
