Does anybody know the contact info for star cash processing. They deposited 300.00 in my bank account and I can't find there contact number.

Hi, bea2ls. I'm fairly confident that address is accurate and can be used to file a complaint with the BBB as well as the Attorney General in their state. Even if it is not, they have used it in the past, which is all the Attorney General needs to start an investigation if they moved their operations somewhere else. But honestly, I suspect they are there. This information was provided to me by their ACH processor. They had several addresses on file and this was their main corporate office.

They did the same thing to me. The put 300 into my account and i never applied for a loan with this company. I'm afraid as to what they will do next. I am going to close my account immediately. Will they be able to debit my new account? does anyone know?

They cannot debit your new account since they will not have that financial information, but you must contact your bank and make sure that they cannot initiate any ACH transfers from the old account. (Almost all banks will open a closed account if any ACH activity takes place within a 30 day period after it is closed.) I was able to have this resolved however by having a permanent freeze on the account placed. In my case, this could only be done by a branch. I am with Bank of America. They have proven to be very helpful during this process. Make sure you return the funds to them; someone here said to keep them as a gift and I think that is very bad advice. Just return the funds, close the account, ensure no activity can take place on the account, and never give out your new bank information online. :-) I encourage you to follow the steps I wrote on Page 7. It's very important that we all act together as one voice, otherwise more and more people will simply fall victim to this company.

eh they just called me at work, caught me off guard i might add. she was very pleasant but i told her this was a bad time to discuss anything. she said they were going to sell me off to a third party collector soon. bleh.
i have no idea what to do with these people. i do not owe them, i never asked for anything, never got anything! they call my home everyday which is fine because i ignore it but i hate calls at work. i would have confronted her but my boss was right with me and i was trying to remain professional. i just told her not to call this number and i cannot discuss this now.
i will use the address to send a certified letter to them. this company cannot possibly legal

my concern is that the us post office site says that no such address exists. i entered the address on mapquest and did an ariel view and can only see farm land or something where they say they are located. the town is probably correct, since it was verified but i do not know the address?
also i googled the address and found scam reports for 3531 P street NW, and i wonder if it the same place??
i will still try to send the letter, i wonder if it will come back to me??

they get your info from the search party that initially takes your info and then gives you a list of lenders! like most of the others mine came out of nowhere along with 3 withdraws from random others totaling 125.00 and bounced check fees from stuff i actually had out!!! so just be careful and like the others said it is usually on your next pay day which is something they ask for right away!!

I called the (888) 322-4069 and basically they are a 3rd party lender through the website listed above. So you don't even know you are approved they just take it upon themselves to deposit and withdraw the cash. I told them I have already spoke with my bank about returning the funds and they said they will reverse the transaction by tomorrow morning, so we will see!

through which website do they take their info from?
keep us updated, even if they do reverse it, i personally would not trust them and secure your account.
my deposit was refused (they tried to deposit into a closed account, one that has been closed for over a year!) and they are still trying to collect from me.

This star cash processing deposited $300. in my account. I called my bank and they gave me the phone# and depositer(star) So I search them on the web and ended up here. Thank you for the heads up. I called my branch and told them what was going on and they put a hold on my account and I will be in to close out my account tomorrow. I asked the bank what will happen to the $300 they said it can go into my new account or I can leave it in the old account for 2 weeks and see if it get withdrawn back out. After that it goes into my new account anyway. I hope everyone would do this when it happens and bankrup this joke of a business.

they deposit money into my account. When I called my bank they would not help me. They say call them. She said my account number was given to them by someone else. When I call the 888 number he told me i could have the bank send it back but if I did that my account would over $200 negative. Plus bank fees. And Bank of America charges $35 for each negative transaction and another $35 for being more than 5 days in the negative. Any ideas on how to fix this because my bank is no help.

When I did talk to the gut about the loan, which was for $200, he told me my first payment would be $60 then $50 then $45 and so on until it was paid.

They suck Ive had my account so long and now they had to **** it up for me :

Yesterday I was applying online for a pay day loan I was denied by a couple of them so I stopped trying. All of a sudden this morning I get an email from this Star Cash Processing saying I have been approved for $300! They sent me a pdf file talking about my customer number and the terms of the loan. However, there is nothing there with my loan papers, nor what the loan due date is! I am worried now that they will be taking money out of my account whenever they feel like it. This is very scary after all I have read here.

At least you got an e-mail. I've received nothing from them - except $300 in my account! I've gotten no calls, no e-mails, no nothing except $300!!!

Why are you taking money out of my bank account? There should be some kind of a statement that what I borrowed (if I did) and how much the balance is. You are taking $90.00 a month.

Star cash sent me 2 emails saying i was approved even though i had not *directly applied with them....they said the funds will be in the account on the 27 jul if i provide them with my bank statements to complete the process and if i didnt the application would not be processed.
if they send me the money im gonna use it and pay it bk. Simple process. Its only complicated if you make it.
So i didnt provide them with bank statements and they have not as said complete the transaction. I check my account ev day jus to make sure but nope no deposit...*So
why are you guys spending the money if you didnt ask for it.....then complain when you have to pay it back? If you use the money pay it back on the due date plus the finance fee and be done with it. They are not going to take any more than what is due...the loan amount plus the finance fee for using the money. Most are mad because they dont have the full amount to pay when its due so the comp takes finance fee to extend the loan 2 more weeks. On that note the original loan plus the finance fee is still due. Yall know how the shizzy go...I havent seen any complaints where after the money was paid back they continued to deduct funds from the account; that my friend would be a scam. Why close your account when all you have to do is pay back the money....Most close their accounts because they are overwhelmed with loans and bills at the same time and cant keep up so its easy to start over. How do i know this? Because ive done it myself. But no matter the debt is still there and you eventually have to pay it.

you see, there are stories and posts where people have the payoff amount deducted.then low and behold the ipdl debits again.sorry but these ipdl's have no morals, and delibrately try to keep people trapped.that is one reason this sight exists.hate to burst your bubble about ipdl's,but they should be outlawed.

the funny thing is the number does work if you call during their business hours. So if they put money in your account without your consent *dont spend it! Call with your complaint have them take the money back...*dont wait think about if you need or just want to spend the money.....again dont spend it. When they take the money * u did not use and they still take the finance fee....you make the complaint and demand your 90 back.
And let them know you are reporting them to the Attorney General for theft. Make the report anyway, even if they take the money back with no problems. Why? Because you didnt ask for in the first place. You are just as dumb found if you use the money and think nothing of it *until its time to pay back. And have the nerve to complain and cry..... but you wasnt when it came and you had no problems using it.
your complaint: They put money in my account without my consent!
Their response: but you spent the money
and so on.... I didnt know the money was in the account until they took it out.
So you dont know how to manage your checking account....you dont know if you have an extra 300 bucks in your account. ha

well i do not agree with the tone the guest used, i also would recommend reversing the deposit asap - and than closing your account. i know that my payment was reversed and they are still giving me problems but now i do have more to work with and they have been reported.
i also agree that i have found their number to work, perhaps their lines just get busy?? they call me several times a day so i really do not think they are hard to reach. please do not get me wrong, i am in no way sticking up for this horrid company, i just think that this situation has to be handled a certain way in order to see any progress.

Star Cash Processing in real shady, take it from me someone who is now in a serious financial situation. Based on I was surfing the internet for a information rearding online loans. They gathered my information, approved a loan without my authorization, deposited the money into my account and then debited my account. It was my fault for not paying attention to the money that was deposited. Next thing I know my account is short $90, and checks are getting ready to bounce. I call them and asked who they were and they told me that they received my information through a third party company. And I had seven days to respond to an email the was sent to my spam. Who goes into their spam and checks for mail, like they would a regular email.. This company needs to be stopped because they charge you a fee that does not g towards your balance. And the balance just kees increasing until you pay them off...I have an attorney looking into this company and I am also going to contact the BBB. So stay away from Star Cash Processing the are a scam and will rip you off!

I had the same thing happen. My credit is trash, and we needed $$ fast, so we went the PDL route. We got 2 Pdl's with all the documentation and everything seems good with them. Then out of nowhere I get 300 more added to my a/c by star cash processing, no email, no documents- nothing. I never applied to these people. To be honest, we really needed the money. Problem is I have nothing telling me what the fees are or when they are deducted out of the a/c. I agree with the comment that there is no free money. We were in a place where we really needed it and used it, therefore I have every intention of paying it back, but I want the paperwork to show me the details. I only now have the info for getting ahold of these people by reading the comments on this site.(thanks) We have already decided to pay these people along with the before mentioned PDL's asap, and then close the a/c. This site is very helpful.

OMG..what a rip off..they deposited $200 in to my account without my permission..they automatically deposit amount in your account..if you dont want it you have to notify them within 72 hours..how would you know this if you never talked to anyone or received an email within this time frame..it took me over a week to actually talk to a person at 18883224069..i got this number from my bank statement..called an requested loan agreement info...still waiting on it because a $60 fee on $200 is not worth it to me..I would have been better off taking overdraft fee of $28 from my bank...I'm filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau..I recommend everyone else that feels falsely lead do the same thing...I've used the BBB with complaints for more reputable companies and it did help resolve the issue that was fair to me and the company involved...AND MY PHONE&EMAIL HAVE NOT STOPPED RINGING OFF THE HOOK WITH OFFERS
