check back when they ignore your requests to payoff, keep debiting your account, and treat you like garbage if you protest.this is a scam loan, and i wish you luck in dealing with them, but don't come on and preach.you will regret getting this loan..mark my words.

They deposited money into my account as well, however I called them and dealt with it. They took back ONLY the amount they put in and I haven't had any problems since then. Yes, they were hard to get ahold of, they were rude and they are shady and cruel, but after looking through my emails - I see that they did send me one. It was put into my spam - so check your spam! Here is a copy of the email (w/my personal info taken out). In the email addressee is customerservice@starcashprocessing.com - - look for it and don't let them screw with you!!! ((The little bit of cash they are offering you when you're in a pinch is NOT worth the extra money, trouble, hassle and stress they cause after it! ))

Congratulations, your loan in the amount of $250.00 has been approved. The cash will be sent to your bank on **** date ****. It will be up to your bank to post the funds to your account, though the posting usually takes place the next business day. If you have questions regarding your deposit, please call your bank and ask for the ACH Department to verify posting.
If you have further questions about your account, please contact us at customerservice@starcashprocessing.com or call us at 1-888-322-4069. We are open Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Thank you,
Star Cash Processing
*Dates are estimates only.
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING REMINDERS REGARDING YOUR LOAN:
Loan Receipt:
By receiving a loan through Star Cash Processing you agree that your loan will be renewed on every due date unless you request to pay in full or to pay down your principal amount borrowed, at least 3 full business days prior to your next due date. If you do not notify Star Cash Processing 3 full business days prior to your due date, you will only pay the interest fee plus any scheduled pay downs on your due date. If your loan is renewed, you will acquire a new interest fee. If your pay date falls on a weekend or holiday and you have direct deposit, your account will be debited the business day prior to your normal pay date.
Renewal:
Your loan is always due on your paydays. By receiving a loan through Star Cash Processing you agree that your loan will be renewed unless you request to pay down an additional amount against your principal, or pay the balance in full. Renewing your loan means that you will pay the renewal fee (only) on this due date. Every time your loan is renewed, you will accrue a new renewal fee. You can renew your loan four times. On the FIFTH renewal, you must pay the renewal fee plus pay down your balance by $50.00. This is called an automatic pay down. (EXAMPLE: for a $300.00 loan the fee is $90.00. On the 5th renewal, you pay $140.00 which equals the $90.00 renewal fee plus the $50.00 pay down. If you renew your loan again on the next due date, your principal balance will be $250.00 with a new renewal fee of $75.00. When the automatic pay down process is in effect this will decrease your principal loan amount and your renewal fee.) After your fifth renewal, your loan must be paid down every due date until it is paid in full.
Pay Down:
You can pay down your principal amount by increments of $50.00. Paying down will decrease the fee charged for renewal. To accept this option you must notify us of your request in writing via fax at 1-866-571-0908, at least 3 full business days prior to your due date.
If for any reason you do not wish to renew your loan, meaning you wish to pay the full amount due on this due date please contact our customer service department at customerservice@starcashprocessing.com or 1-866-571-0908.
There is a three-day rule on a full pay out or pay down on your loan. We need to receive the documentation in our office by 4:30 p.m. THREE FULL BUSINESS DAYS prior to your due date. That means if you are due on Friday, we need to have the document by 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
If we do not receive the documentation, in time, your loan will be renewed.
By receiving a loan with Star Cash Processing you have agreed to the terms listed below:
AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES: By signing the application and to induce us, Star Cash Processing, to process and consider your application for a loan, you and we agree that any and all claims, disputes or controversies that we or our servicers or agents have against you or that you have against us, our servicers, agents, directors, officers and employees, that arise out of your application for a loan, the Loan Agreement that you must sign to obtain the loan, this agreement to arbitrate disputes, collection of the loan, or alleging fraud or misrepresentation, whether under the common law or pursuant to federal or state statute or regulation, or otherwise, shall be resolved by binding individual (and not class) arbitration by and under the Code of Procedure of the National Arbitration Forum ("NAF" ) in effect at the time the claim is filed. Box 50191, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55405. If you are unable to pay the costs of arbitration, your arbitration fees will be waived by the NAF. Any arbitration hearing, if one is held, will take place at a location near your residence. This arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce. It shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Sections 1-16. Judgment upon the award may be entered by any party in any court having jurisdiction. This Agreement To Arbitrate Disputes is an independent agreement and shall survive the closing and repayment of the loan for which you are applying.
NOTICE: YOU AND WE WOULD HAVE HAD A RIGHT OR OPPORTUNITY TO LITIGATE DISPUTES THROUGH A COURT AND HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE THE DISPUTES BUT HAVE AGREED INSTEAD TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION.

You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit. I tried to call Star Cash and its a dead line. I went to my bank and they reversed the deposit and it came back but doubled the amount. The first deposit was for $350 and the second deposit was for $700. So, after my bank send the second deposit back they put a block against withdrawals or deposits from them. Its been 2 weeks now and I think that did was a better way to go.

Okay, just so everyone knows, the above post is inaccurate. What they do is not okay and it is not legal. they cannot deposit money without your authroization and are illegal lenders. period. though i do agree that if you deposit it, you should reverse it asap to save yourself trouble down the road (and i would also recommend closing your account asap.) if you need to pay them back, do not pay any interest! principal amount borrowed only sent via money order. to date nobody here (that i know of) has found an accuarate physical address for them, though.

So,closing your account wouldn't help. I spent the money because I was in a bind, my acct didn't have any money in it the day they tried to charged the fees which wassn't my payperiod, they ran it three times and my bank charged me $25.00 per transaction, I am really pissed, so I sent an e-mail for someone to contact me asap, because this is crazy that this many people have issues with the same damn company, if it is really a company or website or whatever. I do know that I will not be going back on those cashhelper websites anymore, I will just have to figure out something else once this mess is over.

closing your account is the only way to stop them but it has to be a permanate close. some banks allow ach to push it open, you would need to speak to your bank about this.
i urge everyone to report them.. to the FTC, attorney general's office, everywhere.. enough complaints will stop them.

you just have to send it back tell them to reverse the transaction if you don't want it or they are gonna charge you the best thing to do is take the money if you want it and close you account down now it will probably go on your credit that you owe them thou so maybe you should let them send you like 300 dollars then close your account down lol

Ok well star cash sent me 300 dollars I called them because they do have the number and yes they answered and the told me they could reverse the transaction which they did they took only the money they put in and I haven't heard anything from them I hope its the last I hear of them but I had a shit load of loan people texting me and so I did have to change my number so I really have to monitor my account but I did give the money back before 72 hours so they did not charge me a finance charge so I hope I am in the clear now so far so good I would never keep the money because the fees are to high thats why you have soooo many problems with these people everyone you are not sending the money back and when you do its like over a week they have already started added their fees by then so maybe you shouldn't think so long wither you are going to keep the money or not because thats how they get you its not a scam they just want the money back that they loan you and with a lot of interest! and trust me they will by no means stop to get it from you

i am all for sending it back. at this board we always advocate paying back what was borrowed.
this cannot go on your credit report though and if it does, report it asap. they are illegal and cannot report you. your bank account needs to be secured than report this company asap.

Hi All,

Here is my deal. I was ALMOST ripped off by this company. First thing I did was figure out the exact amount they intended to take from my account. Then I put a hold on the account with my bank for that amount and processer, I then proceeded to close the account. Nothing posted and I still have the money and given the fact they claim immunity (and have won in Federal Court) I have no intention of paying it back ever. Here is why. They claim that because they are an indian tribe that they are not subject to our laws without a federal law being passed (which is in the works) Therefore, my stance is if you do not have to go by our laws, there is no chance I am going by theirs. I will wait until this maybe comes to court. They have been so sneaky with the federal court system that there is no way the court would rule in their favor expecially because they refuse and have no ability to track where the request came from (not my IP that gave them the info) and will not have the ability to get the contract stating they could have my information from anyone, therefore there is nothing binding me to their terms and conditions because I never gave them permission for the loan. Stick to managing Casinos Chief Run-a-muck. Thats $300 that you will never get back.

Keep in mind, currently this company is Legal because they are on Tribal land. At first the US govt said they were illegal, now they dont even have to be regulated at the moment. In good time the US government will get around to it, but we are slow moving and it will be resolved. Right now, I would just fight it if they ever brought you to court, my guess is they would simply let it go.

i sincerely doubt this company could ever take you to court though. i doubt they ever will. i have yet to find a physical address for this place and they give out money without sending contracts, etc. there have been many back and forths about this. my advice is to reverse the transaction as soon as you get it than close your bank. if not wait until they finally break down and provide a physical address to send a money order to. Even the address they use for their ach processor gets returned.

I never received any money from them but they're having no problem taking it out from my account. I tried calling them on a weekday around 2pm and there office was closed. I had to call my bank. I'm so pissed off. Who do they think they are?

ok did star cash processing send you any kind of money? because if so that would be the reason why they are taking money out of your account if you did not send that money back there you go how much did they send you because its illegal for them to just take money out of your account that's something you could file a police report immediately

okay just to let everyone know if you read the fine print which I have read they ask you to check the small box before you are to just fill out the application even thou you are not saying yes I want to make a deal for the money you have already agreed to the terms by checking the small box that how it is llegal so that just mean you can't even inquire about a loan with them by fillin anything out its an old saying look but don't touch and thats how they get you and if you think you are going to pay them back whatever you want to pay them fat chance they are goning to take what they feel you owe them this is why I just sent it back asap they only took out what they put in the number works and they were nice to me just weird but so far like I said so good

Happy New Year's to you all. I have been trying to contact your office for the last 3 days about my payment of $90.00 dollars that I pay for the payment of my online loan. I was trying to let you that I wouldn't be able to make my payment on time and to see if you could understand my cituation at this time with a family death that I'm going thru. Two days after Christmas I had death in my family and I've been so worn down and out of losing this family member. But I'm willing to make my payment so that I don't have bad credit with your company. I'll try to call back Monday morning and hopefully I will get thru to someone to talk to over the phone. Thank You, name taken out to protect privacy of poster, this is a public foroum, we are not star cash /bea2ls

People use the money cause they need it. If you look on some of your debit cards some of them have the word STAR on it. If that's the case your not going to think about it. That is what happened with my mom and my boyfriend. They should not have the right to put any money in anyones account without confirming it first. They called my mom and left a number for her to call them back and when she did it was disconnected so therefore they dont want their money back that bad.

I am sick of this payday loan crap... I am paying for something that I didn't apply for and it has ruined my account and the relationship with the credit union that I was dealing with!!!! Star Cash Processing... I cannot find them, nor did I know that I owed them... Is there anything that I can do to fight this?

I am reporting this company to the Consumer and Credit regulation people in my state. I had the 300.00 put into my account, but I never filled out an application for Star Cash, I have completed other loan requests from payday loan companies. I have tried to call this company and was on hold forever. I closed my bank account yesterday for fraud and am reporting them to the Credit reg. people.
