1-800-392-4029 - Has anyone dealt with this agency?

i recieved a letter in the mail today from accounts receivable technologies regarding a balance of $6,864.75 due to platinum b services. THE LOAN WAS FOR $200.00. I knew ellis crosby had this account and I'm really not sure what to make of this! Has anyone dealt with this agency? I'm going to request a debt validation because this is simply outrageous. I even called them today and was on hold for over 15 minutes, then I hung up with out ever speaking to someone. Anything anyone knows would be helpful. thanks.




These guys blow.....I wish had some of there damn personal phone numbers I would love to start calling there house in the middle of the night just to say something stupid like...Is your refrigerator running? Or is Sharon Peters there? I swear I get a call from these cats once or twice a day pretty retarded if you ask me. No call list my butt??????????????I guess it just depends if you abide by the law or not.

i get these calls all the time... i tried to call back today casue i am sick and tired of getting messages on my cell phone from someone telling me to call back and not telling me why... well after 15 minutes of me calling and still waiting for a person to answer i hung up.... thanks for all the tips of not telling them who you are...

If these Idiots call you , As soon as they start speaking (recorded message) Hit 7 on your phone as many times as you can. What this does is foul up there machine. This will cause them to have to manually input your number back in there data base. They catch it every 3-4 days. Its works. Good Lcuk

I have been doing my own investigation on these frauds. Here is a list of who we need to get phone umbers for. President Frank Russo, Vice President Paul Errigo, COO Fred landrum. All live in WoodBridge New jersey. Give them a call and et them know how much you enjoy there phone calls. Make sure that its early in the morning, or right before supper time. Let the calls begin.

I work at a car dealership, and ALL calls come straight through me because I am the receptionist. These people have left messages, but I just hang up because they are recordings. I don't even know who they are looking for. They can't be looking for a specific person because they are calling the business line and only refer to us as "you" (ie. YOU need to call us back, YOU haven't returned our calls.)
I've been trying to get ahold of them. After reading everyone's posts, I do believe I am going to be extremely rude to these people just because they have done it to some of you. I will let them know they are calling a business and we will take legal action if they call us again.
OH! And I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but they don't start their recordings unless you say, "hello" If you say anything other than "hello" the line will be blank.

they keep calling my place of employment, we all just hang up on them , are they only a collection agency for gyms and health places cause i dont belong to a gym never have, the better business bureau gives them an unsatisfactory rating. i think we should stick together and dont listen just hang up

WOW i ust recieved a call from these people today I called them back the lady said this was accounts receivable and asked for my phone number. I said accounts receivable for who and she said dont worry and hung up. Lol im sure BBB will love to hear this story

They's probably love to hear a bit more than that. Doesn't really sound like you have enough for a valid complaint. Answer the phone when they call, record if you are in a 1 party state, companies like this usually end up with the whole shoe store in their mouths.
