I currently have a subpoena of information for an old credit card debt, ca sent me a post card stating I had to come to a hearing but it didn't look legit to me because I thought if I had to appear in court it would've been on a different form so I didn't go. so now I have this subpoena and a threat if I don't comply a warrant would be issued. I tried to make payment arrangements or get a settlement in the past but it was refused. So what should I do now?
