Forclosure/bankruptcy

My husband filed ch7 bankruptcy in 2007, we did not reaffirm the first or second mort. To make things short, we are letting the house go. We went for a long time w/o making payments (6-7 mon) and just now got served with forclosure court papers. My question is, because we didn't reaffirm, is the forclosure process a lot shorter for us (time when we will get the boot)? Someone told me the bank can take the home somewhere around 90 days after filing with the court because we didn't reaffirm. We live in OH if it matters any. I was thinking we would have around a year before we were evicted..... this will change everything if this 90 day thing is true :-(
