I am not that well versed in Texas laws when it comes to pdl's because there's always the chance some of these could be practicing as CSO's (Credit Service Organizations) and I have learned from this board that they are not governed by pdl laws, therefore I will let someone who is more knowledgeable in this area tackle this, I just wanted to acknowledge your post and assure you that someone will be along shortly to advise you. :)

Yes, I'm pretty sure that most (if not all) of the storefront companies are CSOs. But, I don't know if there's anything I can do to get out of this or where to begin.
