Please can someone give me some advise ???? I have an outstanding payday loan with Check N Go online. I am in Missouri. They are not really willing to set up a payment plan, I set one with them according to their terms and made the first payment for $ 185.00. I still owe them $ 385.00 and they are wanting the money now. I cannot pay it, and I am scared to call them back. If I just ignore the calls and pay them in like a month and half when I can afford it, what will happen ? I have other loans out that I have reasonable payment plans set up on. They are the only ones who are unwilling to work with me. I know I have to pay them, but at this point I simply cannot pay them. I just got a part time job today to help pay down some of this, but I cannot start for a couple weeks. I do not really want to let on that I have other payday loans out. What should I do ? Can anyone help me ?

CheckNGo should work with you on what you can reasonably do. Kind of depends a litte I guess on your state's payday lending laws.
I just set up a payment plan with them last week. At first they wanted to break up my payments into only three installments. I asked for five. They told me that my state says only three and I countered with saying that was the minimum and the law did not prohibit it from being more than three installments. I also told them that I couldn't make the payments unless it was five. The rep I was talking too checked with his supervisor and came back with agreement to five installments.
So, I would suggest that you call them back (know your state's laws), and stand firm in what you can work with for payments.
