These people are very rude. They call me every day. Sometimes 5 or 6 times. I know that I owe the money. I have told them, I will pay when I have the money to pay it. I am unemployed and have a limited income. What can be done to keep these rude people off my back. Thank you.
If they are harassing you over the phone, send them a Cease and
If they are harassing you over the phone, send them a Cease and Desist letter (C & D). It will legally bar them from contacting you. Moreover, you can file cases against them with the FTC and your states' Attorney General.
