I was just sent a letter asking to join a secret "Nouveau Tech" society. I'm not going to do it - the letter reeks of a scam.

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

I read this lengthly letter and I was going to mark the check box saying I would recieve these ABSOULTLY FREE 56-page number booklets. After going to this web-site In am pleased to know this info. Thank you all. I am apauled that they would use God in this letter to try and persued you to join their secret society. Thank you all and God bless.

Don't know about the Nouveau Tech Society, but I do know a little about the book natural cures. I ordered the book and it said a lot of nothing but promised to give the cures for different conditions provided you join his website. I returned the book and continued my search. There are a ton of books out there that unlike, Kevin Trudeau, will give you the cure you are looking for in their book and unlike Kevin Trudeau, they don't seem to have problems with the government.

I'm an optimist and a faithful follower of what I can learn from the Holy Scriptures, as well. I will never stop praying for peace and happiness for all people. I do believe that there is one God and our Savior from all sin, Jesus Christ. I have hope in people learning to share strengths, and I am not materialistic, really -- working hard for my $$ with a full-time and a part-time job. I hope to find some secrets to a more successful way of thinking while still keeping God #1 in my life... I am sorry for any pain or problems that this "scam" may cause to others, but I am still a believer in the fact that God helps those who help themselves. I work hard for my $$ but am not afraid of anything that this world takes from me either!! God Bless each of you who may read this and wonder how to be stronger... Keep your chin up and have faith in yourself (so long as you ask GOD and the Holy Spirit to join you on your journey through each day : )

I recieved the letter, and was supposed to have it sent in by the 17th. So I waited till the date had passed to see if I would never have the chance to get the first booklet. Guess what I recieved the booklet even thought I was over a week late. And the deadline to get the rest of it was 1 day later. Yea, right. If I sent it 2 months from now Id get it. Trash this nothing is this good.

I did not buy Kevin T's book. And I never replied to the the NTS letter. As a matter of fact, I received the letter 3 times! First in May 2005. Gee... that was the longest cycle two :-)

The letter is obviously a form letter- the same sent to millions. Mine was mailed "first class" from Ohio, but "signed" by a women from New Jersey. After some research, I found that the address was a marketing firm in Ohio.

Not sure why "they'd" send me a "letter". If they "knew" me so well, they'd know that I am a practicing Christian--- they are anti-religious.

As far as my "powers", they come from god and because I choose to love people, not suck the life force out of them, manipulate, con and destroy them for selfish gain. Kind of reminds me of something I once read somewhere, John 10:10....

May God guide and bless us all, especially the lost who are searching and become entrapped in self-seving, destructive cult literature such as published by Nouveau Tech Society.

Today, I received this same form letter. They know so much about me? HA! A line in the letter read, "One of the traits we know about you is is your ability to act". Anybody who knows me knows that i do tons of research before I act and am skeptical about anything for free. If it's free, just send it to me, stop killing the Earth with this waste of paper!

Anyways, Google the fax # 716-447-7488 thats how i found this site and many others saying the same thing. IT IS FUNNY!

Yea, I got the same bloody letter. I felt in my heart and soul it was a fraud, then I decided to surf the web and check things out myself. I have never bought any of Keven T's books and never plan on doing so in the future near or far! I have a sneaking suspicion how my name and address got on the mailing list and rest assured they will be put on MY List!

i received that nice long special personalized letter and read part of it and boy was i touched! It was a complete insult to think that they actually try and prey on the weak minded like this. This ought to be illegal. First class mail? look at the return address on the envelope! What a shame!!!!!

I received the same letter everyone on this post has described. I never heard of Kevin T. until I ran across this website. Thanks for the info, I won't bother with it. What's funny is that I'm currently on disability. Along with that I've filed for bankruptcy, failed dramatically in the US Armed Services and have taken two trips in correctional facilities. I've gotten so many doors slammed in my face because of my "talents and traits", this NTS has no clue about me.

I received this letter too today. I was thinking of sending in the request out of sheer curiosity. I too thought the letter was a little insulting. Reminded me of something you would here from a cult. I decided to check it all out on line. I kind of figured that at some point in the process someone would be asking for money!

I sent for the $140 dollar book and haven't received yet. They also promised me a 1000 page book which I am also waiting for. This morning I sent the letter in for the free year they mentioned. I am waiting to see what happens. About ten years ago I received similar stuff from a place called Neo Tech society. This sounds like the same thing but, I received three books from them and started to read one but, never got to look at the other two.

I came back to visit my post today and found that Danny had edited my previous post, deleting a link I placed for everyone to read more about this financially and emotionally destructive cult.

Since it is against the rules to place a link on the board, I will simply state that anyone wishing to read more about this business-cult can also google the site, "Above Top Secret" to read more information about this illuminati wanna-be scam.

Thank you. I have larned alot about this org from both sites combined.

I also received a letter, just today (18 JAN 2006) and felt compelled to get on line to check it out. My letter was signed by John Finn. As those that are looking into this read the remarks left by those that have received one of these letters, I hope you are seeing the pattern here. It would seem that this is nothing more than a scam of individuals getting their hands on some pamphlet after most certainly purchasing it for some ridiculous amount. Only to then send letters out with their signature at the end to trap the unsuspecting public they send their version of the letter out to in attempts to cash in on their piramid of reciprocation, only to mail them the same usless pamphlet out. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP!!! THROW THE LETTER AWAY!!! And then log onto
dmaconsumers.org/cgi/offmailinglist#regform
and fill out the registration form. There is a $5.00 fee, but it does help to considerably reduce the receipt of mailings such as this one.

Here is what I have discovered....

I have only ever purchased two items with my debit/credit card- a Christian publication and Carlton Sheets Real Estate Kit.

I point this out because while posters to this site have referred to having purchased Kevin T's book (I never purchased his book! And got the letter three times!)

However, the connection I wanted to point out is that there are many posters on another site [see the site, abovetopsecret [dot] [com]] that have purchased Carlton's Real Estate Kit and also received the letter.

I ask the people who have purchased Kevin T's book to also ask if they ever purchased Carlton program.

Also, if you google "Nouveau Tech Society" and any/all of their related companies [Neo, Nuovo, etc... Tech, Warrior, etc..) you will come across a person who calls themselves, Barbara Diamond. Will you will find posts and websites in which BD defends this scam org to the end. But I also googled BD and found the same name linked to a *real estate* site. I do not know if this BD is the same one who defends the Nouveau agenda- but it was interesting that her name came up). Is she connected to Carlton in some way? Did she use/purchase his mailing list through a marketing firm? Perhaps the Ohio marketing firm that practices profiling- the same place my 3 letters were mailed from?

If the posters who purchased Kevin T's book did not purchase the Carlton Sheets Kit, it is then obvious that many consumers have been "profiled" from a marketing firm, as requested by their client Neo.... Tech (all it variations). For those who do not understand marketing, a marketing firm can develop a personality profile of you based on your purchases, spending patterns/habits.

Since NT's desire is to make millions through selling their high priced esoteric publications, they would naturally ask the marketing firm to profile those fitting their product profile- there product is publications, the topic is the restructuring of a world paradigm, and building business, art, technology. Do any of you fall into those categories???

So the following are the people that will/have been targeted. This is evident from their stated philosophy and the tone and language in the letter you have received:

As a cult, NT targets are the lonely ("you are special", "we want you to belong to our special group", "you would be flattered"- do you purchase self help books?), and the depressed (high financial debt, bankruptcy, divorce, "you'll become rich beyond your wildest dreams", "some of us were street people", etc), and those with an intuitive personality (the religious)- despite the irony that NT claims to be anti-religious, those who have been misled, disappointed, disillusioned by irresponsible leaders may buy into it. Those with an interest an the ancient religions and secret cults, highly probable;

As a anti-movement: NT targets students (fresh with liberal ideas [student loans]), persons owning websites that could be considered controversial or compelling), activists in the community;

As promoting the business paradigm: NT targets persons showing an entrepreneurial spirit (like purchasing real estate kits, etc);

As promoting art, NT targets persons, well, obvious art direct purchases and subscriptions.

As promoting technology, NT targets persons, direct purchases and subscriptions.

How does a marketing form work? They do not create a profile just from your credit card purchases (direct and online), but can compile background information from public records... And while they are not suppose to share certain information, there is always someone either will to sell from the inside, working on the inside- an employee, or the company is proficient in the loopholes, or the marketing firm is an NT entity- probable since NT owns their own publishing company.

As I read over the hundreds of posts, I can see clearly that most of the posters fall into these catagories. It is just and elaborate marketing scheme to get you to buy a product. One that will just confuse you and break you financially.

Something to think about...

I got the letter at my PO Box in Dec 2005 but I wasn't able to pick it up until a couple weeks ago. I was almost buying into it at first because I've been going through a lot of issues lately and feeling desperate for a miracle. I recall receiving a letter from them last summer, when things were going fine for me, I didn't even bother reading it then - I just trashed it because it looked like junk mail. See what a change in circumstances can do to your judgment? Well, I also received the Kevin T. book well over a year ago - at my PO Box also. That book sucked, like some of you said, all he did was say he was unable to give out any info because of the government. But he did publish a newer version recently that I saw at a bookstore and it has more information. I also have purchased a real-estate scam (not Sheets or Shields) at my PO Box as well so the profiling scenario described earlier checks out. Someone at another site that says they became a member of Nouveau Tech claims to know Kevin T to be involved in this for certain and another person pointed out how the last few letters in Trudeau's name are the same as Nouveau. Anyway, I'm glad I logged on to the web and snapped out of it. I felt it might be related to the occult, which is something I don't care to be involved in, but I was feeling so down I really just wanted to believe otherwise. Now I know what it is about because I actually read some of their views on the web and from what little I read it does sounds a bit occultic. They mentioned something about
****u@l stimulation between parents and children being okay - yuck!!! That did it for me; I didn't need to read any further.

Yeah, I got the same letter as everyone else today Monday 23rd of January and I read the whole letter. It sounded very real and very mysterious so I went ahead and looked it up online. I'm glad I found this site because it made me realize that it of course was too good to be true. I just about mailed it out, because I had the stamps on it and everything. Anyways, as real as it may sound and look, do not mail in for the book.

I think it is sad, that neo-tech thinks people are so stupid, it is well written, and formated, just think about how they are wasting all that talent on a opened scam, " You have been chosen" " this is your last chance", well, its my second letter, guess they give more chances to special people

I received this letter on January 23rd. A month or two ago I bought a copy of Dan Brown's Angels & Demons, which is a book about the modern day Illuminati. That's quite a conincidence unless they're mialing the letters to eveyone. If that's the case then I guess I'm not as special as the letter says.

Was anyone shocked, alarmed, a little rattled by the "how'd they know that about me" effect of the letter you received, be sure to read the posts on this and other boards which explain how your name and other personal info is gathered. Here are some ways:

1)Directly from your purchase of a product from *Infomercials* like Kevin T's book, Sheets RE course, among others (I have seen the name Eric Savage and Lasco's Grants also posted on the boards). These people create mailing lists of their own when you call in. They use those mailing lists to sell you other products of their own as well as sell them to other parties (as Kevin T did to NTS).

Apparently, this is old news. Without notice to consumers, Kevin Trudeau sold/is selling customer names & addresses from infomercial orders You can read the New York State CPB's Press Release by Googling the phrase *Without notice to consumers, Kevin Trudeau is selling customer names & addresses from infomercial orders*.

Ordering a product through a medium (in this case an infomercial) says something about you. Next time you see one, notice the high pressure sales technique: THE DEAL: Buy now! And get ?? price or the second one free. BE FULLFILLED: How you ???really need this??? (probably not) and at first your rational and logical brain tell you don't, but how do you feel after a little bit of repetition, the over-and-over-and-over again language? This is an old BRAINWASHING technique used in war and by interrogators in peacetime.

Do they play on your VICES? Your DESIRE for Fame? Popularity? ****? ???Men attract all the women of your dreams???, ???Woman attract men...??? or do they play on your insecurities and tell you that ???Now, you can have unlimited Control over XYZ???? Instead of teaching you self-control or control over yourself or your future, it promises control over others.

Apply this to the letter you received??? How many times was your name repeated? How many times did he/she state that you could have x,y,z? Did that letter make you FEEL their was a connection? Did it fall into your hands in a time of need?

2) Information is also gathered about you from credit card purchases/marketing firms (the kinds of items you purchase say something about you!) If you don't like, pay cash. And lastly, info can also be gathered on you from

3) Public records (cults love these: ie bankruptcy, divorce, etc) these are indicators that a person is in a highly stressful and emotionally vulnerable state.

There are many techniques but the point is that these are all psychological manipulations. They all play on your core human needs and instead of helping you met your virtue they use the hard sell and manipulate you at the vice level.

There is nothing virtuous about their intention or product. It is all about them making money off of you. They are laughing all the way to the bank and you are the parasite. Their techniques are immoral and their product will not deliver... because their usually is not product, just a tail-chasing idea.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

About cults??? Organizations like the Neo-Tech Illuminati, Nouveau Tech Society/Warrior, Neo Tech Society/ Warrior, Nuovo Tech Society/ Warrior, Novus Tech Societ / Warrior, Novatech Tech Society/ Warrior, Nuova Tech Society/ Warrior, Novus *Tek* (in the UK), etc???..

Use manipulative formulas as described in the links below. First they gather their targets from public records and/or shared mailing lists from other highly telling product lists, then they use the cultic formulas/techniques in their ads (infomercial and/or Letter) to influence and hook you.

It does not matter your gender, race, or education. cults are able to recruit people from all backgrounds because we are all human. Needing to belong, the instinct to survive, and the need to make a spiritual connection are all core human needs.

In order to prevent becoming a victim of future scams, you may want to learn more about human emotional manipulation techniques at:

a) How Cults Work at, w.howcultswork [dot]com; or

b) Cultic Studies Journal at, w.csj [dot] org;

c) Google relevant terms.

If that does not reach you, maybe a more sobering approach will hit home. Here is a self-admitted, hard-core professional scammer will drive it home (warning??? not for the highly manipulated)???

d) MindControl 101 at, w.mindcontrol101 [dot] com/index.html

Thank you Ryan and to others who are expalining what this sick group is really about.

Duke, I feel bad that the only choice you feel you have in life is to manipulate and control others in order to achieve success in life. I too have read the publication- FREE. Not from NTS as they falsly promise but from LIBRARY. It is definately garbage. And you are obviously one of their promoters.

"Thank God for the internet" is right!

For the activists and lawyers taking action against this scam group, their various groups, and all their participators, I am wondering if you could focus on the aspect of mental duress? Mental harassment? Mental assault?

Can a person or organization get away with sending letters to people claiming that they have been ???profiled???? By creepy people unknown and unmentioned? Is it an actionable offense when a person, a body of persons, or organization refuses flat out tells you that things are ???known about you???, that they know something about, are watching you, tracking you...?

I, like dl,received the notorious N.T.S. letter today. Thank God for the internet! Since this scam seems to be on-going from October '05, lets shut them down with a little jail time thrown in, and maybe a class action suit damages, i.e. mental anguish profiling(?), harassment, etc. In other words, lets throw the book at them. Does anyone know a good attorney who might like to get involved?
Kevin Treudeau seems to be getting some flax from the media lately. Does anyone besides me see the similarity between the names, Nouveau and Treudeau? a
I am sending the letter, all six pages of it, to the US Postmasster General.
I will be happy to help in any way I can, Until then,
Adieu, Julie.

Neo-Tech Illuminati

Looking at the envelope will tell you alot about the sender. Look at the return address, then look at the postage. It's presorted, wheich means it's a mass mailing and not going out to just YOU!!
Now look at the letter. There is no Letterhead. Are they hiding something?? The letter is mailed from OH but they want it faxed back to NJ.
It's easy for them to buy mailing lists.
The letter is going to the Better Business Bureau. The first time it went into the shredder.
The scammers should be scammed.

Some people receive these letters at their home address, others at their PO Box- it depends on the address you gave when called and placed your order with the *infomercial* people.

You are not the first to state that the flap of your envelope had the letters LIE written on. I am thinking someone at the post office knows better and in their own way warning you.

To Everyone,

From what I have read on the boards (see list of other websites too in my previous posts) the promoters of this organization have been operating since the 1960's. Their letters have been circulating since at least the 1970's.

They send them out strategically, in waves to the masses, during stategic times of the year- notice how it is January? People are cut from their jobs at year end? After the holidays? Your debts are higher? Pewrhaps you are stressed? Anxious? A perfect target.

As stated before, I know the media focuses on Kevin T alt, but since I never ordered his product but only ordered a real estate kit, I would like to hear how many people ordered *Real Estate* kits/products/programs.

Cheers.

Hello Everyone. I've read all the replies regarding the scam letters we've all received. I thought you all might like to read a sarcastic response letter I sent back instead of accepting their special invitation. I thought it was funny. I'll let you all know if I receive a reply. Here's the letter:

Dear Kirsten,

The Neo-Tech Illuminati and your offer are extremely intriguing. Were I someone else I just might have accepted my ???special??? invitation. Unfortunately for you and the Neo-Tech Illuminati, I am unable to accept your offer. Although, I will point out that you are absolutely correct in stating ??? possess several rare traits,??? so thank you for the compliment.

The reason I am writing to you today is to enlighten you on how these ???gifted people??? found me. You mentioned that must remain a mystery for now. You also suggested you ???analyzed my profile.??? It might be interesting to note that had you, in fact, analyzed my profile you could not possibly have discovered anything about me when you do not even know my name. Recently, I listed my contact information on the mailing lists of several companies and organizations, which is how you came across my name. The catch is that you do not have my accurate last name. Had you really known who I am and completed a legitimate analysis of my ???profile??? you would have known that.

Don't let this news discourage you. Your letter might be quite convincing to someone else who doesn't know any better. I really did enjoy reading it. But the wonderful truth is that the magical power of all those secrets already lies within each of us. So I thank you for your generous offer and may I suggest that next time you do your homework before making such grand claims. Thanks for your time.
Regards,
me

P.S. My sweetheart already thinks I am AMAZING even without the benefit of the Neo-Tech Illuminati's special secrets. I blew him away from the moment we met, as did he me.

I received this letter a few months back and after the 1st page I continued reading, mostly, for a good laugh- it was so ridiculous and unbelievable. The last paragraph stated that I had to reply "now,or you'll never hear from us again"....I received the same letter again last week. Never say never :0)
