I was just sent a letter asking to join a secret "Nouveau Tech" society. I'm not going to do it - the letter reeks of a scam.

However, I just was wondering if anyone else has gotten this kind of letter - it is kind of creepy.

I received "the letter" also, and felt flattered but highly suspicious. I'm so glad I looked on the website...I also ordered Kevin Trudeau's book. I guess that's how they figured out how "special" I am.

i sent them a fax back saying i wanted the book after their given deadline and they sent me an order form, but luckly before I could go any further I came to this web site. Obviously those people don't have too much money if they have to scam people.

I just received and read my orientation booklet, and yeas it sounded too good to be true so I went online and found your website. I am glad I did. I agree with those who say anything you need to know to reap life's rewards is in the Bible. You get what you give. My letter is going in the trash, or to the PO for review, Amen.

I purchased Kevin Trudeau's book and I found a lot of good info in it, but it is quite obvious to me that this is how all of us were discovered to be "special", don't you think?

I also received the letter - out of shear curiosity I faxed a reply - then it was the same old thing - buy this book or manuscript and your life will be instantly better! I didn't order. I won't respond again, my gullible meter is way up these days!
We are all special, special enough to be impowered to research before we fall hook, line and sinker!

Thanks to your website, I think I know why the Nouveau Tech Society wants me as an esteemed member.I ordered the Kevin Trudeau book and was met with a blizzard of offers for newsletters and books. Wow.
Now this letter arrives telling me how exclusively wonderful I am and could be. Sorry, guy, I have already "arrived" without your help. Thank God.

I thought I would try this society thing. I am in debt by like 25,000. I need to come up with that soon. If anyone has any suggestions on how to help me let me know. I have nothing in my life right now because of it. I protect our country and can't find any help what so ever.

My husband actually wanted me to answer the letter, since it was FREE, but I knew it had to be too good to be true. Thanks to your website, I can prove him wrong. It really was creepy to think someone had been checking me out and secretly chose me.

Let's bring them down.

I just got the same letter last night and because I've been working with finances market quite a while and especially with companies that spend a lot of cash with spycologists and others in order to create the best script to seel your clients I thought "what a mind job" while reading, the whole story of you been a special person that deserves more is the big catch. But because I'm very curious I replyied, I definitely want to see whats next, how they really work and where the scam really starts I mean offers to buy this and that, social security number and so on.
I'm very skeptical and I'm glad that I found this site on my research and the reality of this country is nothing is for free besides the motto, don't expect to make millions out of a dollar unless you bougththe right lottery ticket.
Take care.

I knew it was too good to be true but had to prove it to my self and find the information on this wonderful highway of knowledge and the people who create it.
Thanks to you all.

Yes, I also received a letter today, and I also have Natural Cures by Kevin Trudeau and I absolutely love the book and I get the newsletters. I think he's amazing, but this society thing sounds like a scam. So no I won't be doing that. But Natural Cures is awesome. :)

I think this Nouveau Society has some form of affiliations with the author of company of the book "Natural Cure". I am very spritual person and when I recieved my letter informing of things like: I have supernatural powers thats why I was choosen, sent off my scam alert. However, I wondered how did these people get my name. As a result of net searching i found this site and another recieved wrote about the book, which I recently ordered.

I will past this message in my local newspaper.

Thanks for your awesome site.

By reading this booklet word for word I would gain powers of ancient Greece to become rich with a ten second secret. That would be in the book I purchase.

I wonder how they knew that my friends call me Bob instead of Robert. I was about to send the Free-Invitation off on the fax machine when my wife said " you arent really going to send that crap are you?". It would seem that I already have the power over relationships, she did what was best for me. I dont even know the secret but have had close friends and relatives flock to my fire (table). I think its because my wife is a good cook! Money, i dont have any, but money cannot buy hapiness. It only makes you want more. Thanks for the website it was a big help. THE CHOSEN ONE HA HA

I got my letter in April and wound up buying the book. The letter promised a copy of a 2300 yo manuscript but that isn't what I got. It's a collection of essays condemning mysticism by modern authors whom the reader is supposed to take on faith(!) are enlightened avatars of a new age. It's nothing more than a rehash of some claptrap I rejected as ludicrous in college.

I received the same letter. It arrived shortly after I received the book "Natural Cures" by Kevin Trudeau. He must be involved in the scam. Now I wonder if I should trust what he states in his book.

I also received this letter, i was stuped enough to believe it. My husband went online and showed me what a scam this is. I found this wesite neo-warriors.com/nouveau-tech-society/nouveau-tech.htm in which supossobly one of the customers of this society answers all of yours questions. I hope this scammers one day nto very far away can get caught.

>>>>>NO WONDER YOU'RE PRIME BAIT FOR SCAMMERS/PHISHING! YOU CAN'T EVEN SPELL SIMPLE WORDS.

I just answered my own question: Why would someone with even a room-temperature IQ fall for such a letter? I mean, even a child could see through such a mail!!!

The book has many, age-old remedies. He also stated many different things THAT INDEED, DO WORK!! This I promise. Just b cuz he's a slimeball doesn't change the truth in natural cures. He was just smart enough to put it in print!

For those who actually read the letter. Nouveau Tech Society letter clearly said it's FREE. When you reply to the letter, they send you a booklet 56 pages long. It's also FREE. But then they ask you to pay around $134.00 for a 1,000 page manuscript. However, the 56 page booklet also came with another letter stating that after you have read the 56 page booklet, you will discover the hidden SECRET to be rich, powerful, and loved by everyone. It then continues to ask you to order the 1,000 page manuscript anyway. I think the writers for Nouveau Tech Society are brilliant. People who ordered the 1,000 page manuscript are not only stupid but also very greedy. I read the 56 page booklet and right away I know what the SECRET they're talking about is. The SECRET is you're IT. If you believe you will be rich, then you will be rich. If you believe you need to order the 1,000 page book then you will order it. In other words, be very careful of what you believe in because it IS the truth. It's also very ironic that the letter and the 56 page booklet clearly contradict the website of Nouveau Tech Society. nouveautechsociety.com/
While the booklet and the letter say you are special and you don't have to do anything to be rich..etc., the website tells you the opposite which is, you are in control of your destiny and you have to do everything in order to achieve greatness. People are generally lazy and given a chance to be great without doing work is very appealing but IT WOULD NEVER Happen. Wake up and use your common sense if you have any. Most people don't have any common sense. It's a fact. The letter also stated that 3 good things will happen to me if I discover the SECRET in the 56 page booklet. Actually, I did, and 3 things did come to me. I sold my house for a hefty $30K profit. I got promoted at work. Last but not least, 3 women asked me out on dates this week. But then again, I have always believed that I'm the luckiest person alive. How about you?

I received the letter on the final date it was to be faxed back,so I faxed it back. The next 56 page pamphlet, pretty much read like the letter, but revealed nothing ,as promised. It is advertised as a "Money back Guarantee"And there was a deadline of no later than Nov.18th that it could be ordered. But since the info arrived on the 20th,already past the "deadline",I faxed them again and asked if my deadline could be extended to send $139.00.They said sorry it was too late. Now if this is a scam, why would they turn money down?

Everyone has special qualities , you don't need a secret society to inform you of that , the people around you will for free , and if they don't you can for yourself. Listen to your inner voice, it will guide you better than an obscure book. It is troubling that the "Natual Cures" connection is so largely figured in this "scam". Too bad the companies that sell your information to third parties, don't limit their "selling" to legit parties, in my view when they don't, they are accessories to it.All for the sake of the almighty dollar, Seems that "The In God We Trust" Is the new engraven image. God Help Us All. Now I just hope that this site doesn't try to sell my ip addy too . LOL, or it will be another lesson learned, and thanks for the info.

It's a good thing they only choose a few people every seven years is'nt it, maybe we can rest for a while and just reap the benefits that they blessed us with. does this mean we are in a gang together now?

I ordered the big book, and was immediately disappointed and shocked: disappointed that these people want you to start your own business, and shocked to be encouraged to renounce God, and think incest is OK. The book also had no relation to the free book's promises. I did get my money back though, after weeks of calling them for it. It sounded like a Scientology/Hale-Bopp thing, and I was glad to satisfy my curiosity for just the price of shipping.

I recieved a letter today in the mail....I thought it was the funniest thing I have ever read! It was like they watched the movie The Skulls and wrote a letter about a secret society from that! I can't believe people fall for these scams, how would they have all of that info on you?? Oh and becuase I know so many famous and wealthy people that would just love to make me part of their group (can you sense the sarcasim?)

Hello to all, I received "the letter" today, Nov. 29th, 2005. I do not know who this Kevin Trudeau is, nor have I ever heard of "Natural Cures" book, so I felt urged to post and say that you cannot say he is somehow involved. This letter IS a scam, appearantly. I realize that now, thank you. These scammers get your info from websites, newsletters you subscribe to on the internet, things like that. Thanks for all the info about this scam, you are doing your part to keep us all safe by sharing this type information.

My mother (who is 85) received her second solicitation in six months to join the enlightened at the Nouveau Tech Society. She was smart enough to ask me to do some research prior to replying, which intimates to me that she was considering doing so. I had to refresh her memory as to their true intentions. The point is that the elderly who are for the most part not computer savvy, are prone to falling victim to these scams more often that not, and may not even remember that they fell for it the first time. My parents get this stuff all the time, and it is no coincidence that the elderly seem to be targeted. So whenever I get stuff like this in the mail, I hop online and then send the contents to the address that can be found at the following website. I get a reply in the mail from them, so I know that they keep on top of this stuff too. My advice to anyone with elderly parents is to talk to them about these types of perpetraters to help keep them from becoming unwitting victims.
